Ireland v France - The 6N decider
First topic message reminder :
With such a strong points advantage if Ireland can just win in Paris then the Championship is there's. Now it's never been a happy hunting ground for Ireland - can they do it?
I think it's there year and I'm going to say yes.

Is Walsh going to apply any of the IRB rules to France?

Yep, England were all over them but they had a few lucky moments and won the match. Playing much better against Ireland today than they did then.

He's played below par yet he's got a pair of tries... Irish luck shining on Johnny boy today. Trimble has really impressed me this tournament, I thought his time had gone but he's come back really strong.

Does anyone else think that the slo-mo shot of Murray and Sexton patting each others faces in celebration of the try looked a little brokeback mountain?

France are showing elements of their best today but remain ill disciplined. Sexto isn't kicking to Huget and Dulin which is why France aren't doing what they did to England, a huge tactical error by the English but Enlgand are not the team now that opened this championship

So I compliment Englands performance by saying they dominated the match and that France had a few lucky moments that won them the match and you say I am biased. You are thick as a brick. Not going to entertain your blatant looking for trouble during this match. Good luck finding a new victim.

no you clearly dont remember the game. France were on fire first half. The first 30 mins especially was for me there best spell of rugby. Yes england 100% gifted them the game at the end when we had completely bashed them to an inch of there life.. However Frances best 30 mins was there first 30 mins.

Much better from Ireland in the second half but I am still very much wary of this French side.

Well, Ireland are still a converted try plus above. They need to score again though, even a couple of penalties just to keep the scores ticking over.

We saw in the first match against England what this French team can do while still in touch.

Lucky for Healy there, that was very close to a yellow card.

Should be red for flying headbutt. Remember the outrage when Haskell did that and only got a week ban? And bans are for reds so technically red.

I just hope Walsh is feeling generous...he doesn't usually give out yellows willy-nilly.
Luckily, Ireland keep 15 players on the pitch.

Re: Ireland v France - The 6N decider
France have been stitched up there. Two things:
1. Picamoles is penalised earlier for slowing down the ball a second, Ireland do it at every ruck in the red zone and get nothing
2. Healy flying headbutts a player and escapes Scot free
