Eubank JR has fought three people with losing records in his career, based on most prospects careers they are decent fights.

Goin for a kip here. Hopefully be up for the Pacquiao fight. Going to set my alarm for 4.30am. Talk to ya'll later maybe!

Oh, by the way...

Reborn-DeeMcK-Reborn wrote:I agree that at this point Eubank Jr really should be fighting for some sort of strap if he is wanting to move up the rankings.

The only fights I am taking an interest in specifically are the Buglioni and Conquest fights.

McKenzie can still be a handful for any fighter trying to break through. Conquest isn't the biggest of punchers and with McKenzie, a fighter needs to be on the ball for all 12 rounds as he has an good punch on him.

Not accusing you Haz, but I think some people just look at Kuminski's surname and assume he is just another pushover. Thats not the case. He can make Frank look bad and could be a decent test.

Only just got in to see the Mckenzie/Conquest fight. When they said it had been a night of upsets I found myself praying Jr had his head knocked off but I guess Buglioni will do.

The Pacquiao/Bradley 24/7 just had a close up of Bradley having his shoes taken off after the Pacquiao fight (which were so badly damaged they had to have hospital attention) and they were fine. No swelling, no cutting. Nothing. Pacman should've given him some socks at the weigh in.

Boxnation.

Yeah it showed him getting wheel chaired out. I'm just not convinced it was actually necessary. I'm no conspiracy theorist but if you box for 10 rounds on broken ankles you get swelling. There was nothing. Why doesn't he just accept he was in the ring with a great fighter and he couldn't make it easy for himself because his opponent was that good. No shame.

Bradley seems like kind of a distasteful dude if I'm honest.

Really good fighter who has guts coming out of his ears, but makes some spiteful comments and took a lot of pleasure in the Marquez KO.

It's strange JBW, in all of his other fights he's been a really nice guy in the build up, but with the sour taste he has following the first fight (he genuinely believes he won 8 rounds to 4) and following issues after the first fight, death threats, people abusing his family etc, he obviously has some bad feelings about this fight.

Understandable, but Pacquiao showed serious humility afterwards and didn't b'tch at all, despite having every right too. I can why he reserves hatred for the trolls and maybe the judges, but what was Pacquiao meant to do, let him win?

He seems to have a sour taste in his mouth after pacquiao 1.....and i really don't blame him.

The way the boxing world treated him was an actual disgrace.

After beating a great, he got slammed with hatred, ended up putting his heart on the line against Prov, then handily beat the guy who knocked out "the guy"feel sorry for him.

Hope he does well later on, but i feel he has just woke up a sleeping giant in pacman.

Pacquiao via stoppage.

To be fair JBW, he supposedly considered suicide after the fight, he has ridiculously strong feelings about it and probably a bit of spite towards Manny for it all. It's maybe a way of focusing his energy in the fight, how he gets up in the morning and pushes himself to train harder I guess. A new way of pushing himself to his limits mentally and physically perhaps. Just my take on it JBW.

I'm sure the hatred is aimed at Roach more than Pacquiao, who described it as the worst robbery ever. He conveniently forgot the Marquez fights.

Think there is generally more hate on the Bradley/Pacman fight than there was singularly on any of the Pacman/MArquez ones.

Can see where you're coming from, but don't see what Pacquiao did wrong. He said he respected the judges decision while everyone else in the stadium booed them.

Now Bradley's laughing at him for getting brutally KO'd.

Harder to hate the fans who are vast than hate the one thing which is singular JBW. Especially when he has to get in the ring to try and punch him in the face for 36 minutes.

Just catching up on Sky +. My take on the evening so far:
- Price - great punch power but still looks too vulnerable himself to do anything of note on the heavyweight scene
- Georgir Keane - looked very average for someone so hyped. Seemed like he was punching through molasses at times.
Buglioni - Accident waiting to happen.....actually did happen tonight.
Oville - Blessed with power and conserved his energy for the first few rounds and Conquest could not handle the power.

Bring on Pacquiao v Bradley!

Are you for real? He's a 13 fight novice for God's sake, what are you expecting from him?

He fought Bradley Pryce in his 7th fight. If you think he's been spoon fed you're a tool.

Thanks Hampo for pointing out he's only fought 3 fighters with loosing records... and he has only 13 fights.

I was clear to say his early career. I think they have held back recently but early in his career they took huge risks... as the Pryce fight shows.

Crowd appreciation chart (loudest cheers first):

4. Miguel Cotto
5. Shane Mosley
6. Timothy Bradley
