Good old Games currently has the Arma games (1, 2 and gold) on sale and a couple of others.

Thought i'd post this as i'm forever missing out on some of these deals thought you lot might like to keep it up to date too.  

Xbox's Games on Gold has rolled out this month for the first time for XBone and included Halo Assault (not very good top-down view shooter that involves a lot of micro transactions) and Max & the Curse of Brotherhood which is a really nice little old school style platform game. Would certainly recommend getting Max.

Good old games DRM summer sale has started, a lot of the older titles are less than $2.00.

To any racing fans, Simraceway offers free online racing. You can buy extra cars or earn credits and buy them, race others online, take part in Championship or set hotlaps in cats and karts. Great range of tracks and always racers online. Well worth a visit.

Good old games .com has a sale every week where 20+ games are on offer. They're mostly older titles (Baldurs gate, Total Annihilation, Medal of Honour) Every once in a while they give a game away too.
