He's bad, but at least he is the best moonballer ever and kicks Djoko in the nuts.

Poor Djokovic's nuts have got Jelena in trouble now.

You better make sure which Jelena you talking about, there is an Jelena from Serbia playing in WTA and you gonna needlessly bring family politics .
Last thing Djoko needs is a controversy of he having an affair leading to further stress.

I suppose one could say the same about Wimbledonlydian wrote:Halle has been a joke for Nadal since 2012...
In seriousness, I tend to agree that Rafa may well have tanked the match - or that at least he was certainly not going to strain himself trying to win it. He had a draining - both physically and mentally - RG this year so he may need a bit of extra rest. If he had not bombed out of Wimbledon the last two years, I do not think anyone would pay any attention to today's result.

I wonder if it would have been better to rest this week and play the next one, prior to wimbledon

I don't ban people unless they break the rules Jahu. If you can't keep your personal insults to yourself, then you get banned. It's a fairly simple concept.

Brown is a talented fast-surface guy for sure (flatter hitter) but doesn't apply himself anywhere near enough.

Re: 2014 Halle
Lets be very frank Dustin didn't play any light out tennis to beat Rafa , he played a good Tennis with some crazy lobs and some good returns but even he had so many errors, it clearly was a match where Rafa played pathetic given his standards, Rafa already had booked his plans for the week end in spain and what better than losing to a local hero in the 1st match so the crowd will be happy and he collect his appearance fee and go home as quick as possible.
For me its a bit of selfish but a very smart act, I would have done the same had I been in his shoes as well.

We watched a different match. Rafa could get barely a rally going, they were all very fast points played explosively.DirectView wrote:Lets be very frank Dustin didn't play any light out tennis to beat Rafa , he played a good Tennis with some crazy lobs and some good returns but even he had so many errors, it clearly was a match where Rafa played pathetic given his standards, Rafa already had booked his plans for the week end in spain and what better than losing to a local hero in the 1st match so the crowd will be happy and he collect his appearance fee and go home as quick as possible.

Unlucky Fed, his idea was to go home early too like his Spanish counterpart, understanding the script the tournament directors paid lu the compensation to retire pre-match.

Or like this: Fed said he was willing to play but (i) he wanted a Thursday start and (ii) he would not play 4 days in a row, so the organizers paid lu compensation to retire pre-matchDirectView wrote:Unlucky Fed, his idea was to go home early too like his Spanish counterpart, understanding the script the tournament directors paid lu the compensation to retire pre-match.

I like Jahu, he adds good humored spice to the forum. Did he not call himself a WUM (even though he is not) at one point? His dislike of Nole is quite endearing - very strong and vocal, but under the hood quite good-hearted.laverfan wrote:Is this a twisted form of admission of your guilt? . He is quite the opposite of many a forum member - self-proclaimed biased fan and a WUM, who in reality is willing to give credit to the guys he does not support.

Kohli back in the driver seat after losing the second set TB. But Falla is a tremendous fighter as much as Kohli (of the Brown TB fame is).
