Flood back to Dundee United? Empty Flood back to Dundee United?

Post by AberdeenSteve Mon 23 May 2011, 6:25 pm

It seems that Dundee United are looking to taking back Willo Flood, what are everyones views on this?

He IMO was twice the player in the SPL than what Gomis & Bauben are.

I thought he was a cracking wee player with United although I never wanted him at Celtic, I did think Gomis was a better player alongside Flood though

Would be a good signing for United. He never cut it at Celtic but was never going to so it wasn't a surprise.

Would it be a loan deal?

Can't see it happening tbh it would be a step back for Flood.

I wouldn't say its a step back, if he has the chance to re-launch his career at a biggish Scottish club it beats the hell out of not playing for a Championship club

Flood signed a two year deal this morning. I'm a happy little chappy about this, I think Flood and Robertson in midfield for us will be a very good partnership. I also think that this signing gives us a stronger midfield than we have had for a few years. All we need now is a winger and we are sorted in the middle.
