Ok so due an enormous amount of demand the annual 606 best body competition will return this summer.

Contestants need to upload a picture of their body no later than the 15th August.

Trussman has been chosen to be the judge and he will decide by the 17th August who is the top 3.

As always the judging will be based on muscle definition, muscle mass and body fat.
