Full Body or Split?
What is the best?
I usually do full body. 1 exercise per body part (3x8/10). 8 body parts - chest, back, shoulders, bis, tris, legs, abs, lower back.c
I go 3/4 times a week.

Overtraining mate and not giving those muscle groups the rest they ned to grow...Muscles don't grow when you are working out....they grow when you are resting...
Here's my split..
Day 1 - Back
Day 2 - Legs
Day 3 - Chest + shoulders
Day 4 - Arms
Day 5 - Off
Day 6 - start again......
Low sets..short sharp shocks

Here is a typical split that I follow:
Mon - Triceps/abs
Tues - Day off
Wed - Back/biceps
Thurs - Cardio (usually football)
Friday - Shoulders/abs
Saturday - Chest
Sunday - Legs/abs

Chest and Shoulder in one set? Seems like a lot.

I only do two working sets per exercise....only 4 for chest and three for shoulders....
