Anyone having issues getting Wales tickets with the presale?

Hi all

Just a quick q-signed up for a mailing list to get a presale for Wales NZ tickets. Got the link today and gone to buy them but it's saying that my account doesn't have the privileges to buy tickets for the game. Am I missing something? I was in touch with a bloke at the WRU who didn't say I needed anything else. If it is indeed the case that they let you sign up for a presale only to tell you you still need to buy membership to access tickets that's pretty low.

Thoughts?
