Korobov v Andy Lee in Dublin in December
Not sure if it's 100% confirmed but looks pretty much done.
A deal is in place for a Dec. 13 battle between Matt Korobov and Andy Lee for the WBO’s vacant middleweight title, Top Rank CEO Bob Arum informed RingTV.com on Monday. The card is being promoted by Frank Warren and will take place in Ireland.
Korobov (24-0, 14 knockouts) and Lee (33-2, 23 KOs), who is promoted by Lou DiBella, will fight for the belt vacated last month by Peter Quillin rather than face Korobov.
“We have confirmation from last week from Frank Warren that we’re going forward with that fight. The fight will be in Dublin, Ireland, on Dec. 13,” said Arum. “We have an agreement through e-mail, and our lawyers are drawing up a provision of services agreement to send to Frank to sign. I think that it’s a very good fight and a very interesting fight.”
In his last fight in June, Korobov, 31, scored a unanimous decision over Jose Uzcategui. Lee, 30, earned a come-from-behind, fifth round knockout of John Jackson in June. The win over Jackson represented Lee’s fifth straight victory during a run that has included three knockouts since falling by seventh round knockout to Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. in June 2012.

Fat Dan just tweeted that this fight is not happening in Ireland, but maybe on the undercard of Bradleys fight in December.

Hope Andy Lee wins....Seems like a nice guy and it could open the door to some great matches in the UK with Murray and Macklin....
Just seems to be very one paced and open.....
Then again Koro is no great shakes...But I think he'll be just good enough.
