Re: Euro League Homepage
Right gents, let's get this game moving. To make foreigns fair I am going to do it as a draft, with each team able to get 4 players. Order of the draft will be based on perceived strength of the teams. So as to not penalise BamBam or Fluxy who have already signed players (Kieran Read and Johnny Sexton), they can keep them but will miss out in the first round of the draft. I will post a draft thread shortly. Once the draft is over budgets will be set and subsequent foreign windows will require players being paid for.

Looks good Ozzy, let's get this going
I'm happy to let go of Read and join the draft as normal, make it a full restart, just to keep it fair

When we get started on games, full predos with explanations will earn you £2 million, just results will earn you £0.5 million, and not predicting will see you fined £1 million.

Once the draft system has finished are we moving back to the foreign system that Driver had implemented?

Re: Euro League Homepage
I think Flux means with needing to convince players to sign and them looking out for their own best interests etc

Re: Euro League Homepage
We can do that if that's what everyone wants to do.
Timescales for the game.
I will get the round 1 match thread up on Monday and we'll get kicked off.
Hopefully the foreign draft will be done by then, and as soon as it is I will assign budgets.
I am contemplating then just leaving foreigns open and people can just bid when they have the funds, rather than going with windows.

I'd be looking at your half backs to be honest Driver. Soccino is better at 12, and if you get a 10, you can move him out.

I'm away from tomorrow lunchtime to Monday lunchtime. so Monday afternoon round one match thread will go up and budgets will be set. Once you have your budgets, foreigns will be open, and you can all do your best to convince the players you want, to join your club.

Re: Euro League Homepage
I'll be doing injuries after round 1. Cup weeks are now on the fixture, and I'll be getting the kids to pull names out of a hat for the cup draw shortly.
I'm going to limit squad numbers to 40 in the senior squad, so you might need to release a few players. Squads need to be within limits by Friday.

Is that the same cut off for academy and senior squad Ozzy? I have 43 in my squad at the moment but am assuming I can push a few down to the academy, but will update if not
