Ozzy, did you redo the whole draft just to ensure you got Bissy?

Re: Foreign Transfer Bidding Page
Nope, I was the highest bidder for him under the old transfer system anyway.

Re: Foreign Transfer Bidding Page
I assume Ozzy has roughly ordered us in reverse quality of starting squad? Which is subjective but similar to what Driver did with budgets

Re: Foreign Transfer Bidding Page
Precisely what CJ has said. You have the strongest starting squad Bathite, hence Driver gave you smallest budget. Under that system you'd have been able to afford two players maximum, this way you get four.

Re: Foreign Transfer Bidding Page
Actually I think I had the smallest budget under Driver, not that I think I have the strongest squad

Re: Foreign Transfer Bidding Page
You may be right, there was little between you twos and Gloucesters budgets, however the point still stands about squad strengths, and therefore the draft order.

Re: Foreign Transfer Bidding Page
Ok. I think I'm getting there slowly, didn't realise rules had changed that much.
So there's no miney involved anymore? Do the rules on nationals, originals and u23s still stand?

Re: Foreign Transfer Bidding Page
I would say so, I was going to allow him the pick when he had it unless CJ had said that he wanted him.

Re: Foreign Transfer Bidding Page
Pairing the ABs 8, 9 and 10 combo was too difficult to resist, I wasn't planning on taking a 10 at all in the draft
