Another Welsh tighthead to come home

Well the Scarlets have signed Will Thomas from Wasps, he is Welsh, does any body know anything about him ?

Looks like a big lump at 6' 2" and 18st 8lb. Only played twice this season though and I would imagine he will be 3rd choice as Samson and Rhodri have both signed dual contracts. Hopefully though under Dai Young he will have learned a fair bit and could be a decent back up.

Glad to see at least some of the extra money available being spent on Welsh youngsters. Most seems to have gone on journeymen foreigners so far.

started only a handful of games for Wasps all in LV or amlin.

I am surprised Quins want Adam Jones.

Quins are hugely reliant on a 21 year old tight head prodigy at present. Someone who can mentor him and help the often under pressure scrum is a good signing. He'll be on a serious fitness regime yo keep up with the Quins game plan though.
