v2 Wrestling Podcast: Impact on Ratings, PPV-Mania & does anyone fancy a Number Two?
http://v2wrestling.com/5/post/2015/05/v2-wrestling-podcast-impact-on-ratings-ppv-mania-does-anyone-fancy-a-number-two.html
Welcome back to another edition of the v2 Wrestling podcast and welcome to all of our listeners on TNAsylum.com and the 606v2.com forum.
Next week, we have three exciting interviews lined up, with PJ Black (Justin Gabriel), Doc Gallows and Jeff Jarrett! So if you have any questions you would like asked, please get in touch!
Please note that we are currently looking for contributors to write for v2Wrestling, so if you want to see your article read by a large audience, make sure to get in touch.
This week Paul is joined by Rich and Ethan to discuss the latest news from TNA, WWE and around the wrestling world.
We kick off with a look at the biggest headlines this week, including Kevin Nash and the Raw Second Screen being put out of their respective miseries and Scott Hall leaving GFW and Ring of Honor announcing a dream match, that seems like we've seen it before!
The show moves onto TNA, with no episode airing in the States the three focus on the worrying news about TNAs future on Destination America. With TNAs biggest supporter Adam absent the three quickly agree on who is the main party at fault, though their decsion may surprise you! The three discuss whether a move to Wedenesday will have enough of an impact on ratings to save the relationship between TNA and Destination America. Our question of the week is whether the relationship will continue and if not, would a move to a Netflix-like platform suit TNA as suggested by Rich?
We then move onto WWE in the midst of what feels like weekly ppvs! With all the action from NXT Takeover discussed the three cast their eyes over the upcoming Elimination Chamber Newtwork Exclusive and give their predictions for the annouced matches. A lot of discussion is had around Kevin Owens and whether his size will be able to support his NXT character when he steps up to the main roster. Do you think he can step up 'as is', or will he need to tweak his character due to him not being the biggest guy? If so, let us know what he will need to change!
Our discussion section focuses on Global Force Wrestling and whether the uncertainty around TNAs future will have a negative impact on them gaining a TV deal - or is this a perfect opportunity for them to grab a deal and try to make the number two company spot their own?
To ask a question or answer any of the above, please email us at wrestling@v2journal.com or contact us through twitter or facebook and please make sure to submit any questions you would like us to discuss!

Re: v2 Wrestling Podcast: Impact on Ratings, PPV-Mania & does anyone fancy a Number Two?
Really good podcast. Despite missing the last few minutes when my kids drowned it out.
So maybe this was addressed, but do you think that Country Music TV could be a home for GFW in the US? I ask this partly because of the main investor in the brand, but also because they show Austin's show, Broken Skull Ranch, so an association with wrestling might be something of interest to them.
