it's an intriguing matchup.................Four pounds ain't like the seven you see in higher weights......
Maybe Quigg can be cheeky and ask for a 124 catch..

Would Selby not win this easily?
I would definitely like to see it.

I have seen Selby live. He is very slick.
A lot of Quiggs game is about being big at the weight and bully opponents with his body punching and strength.
Take him up a divison, he will lose that. I would like to see the fight with Selby but definitely make Selby a huge favourite.

Selby and Quigg would definitely be an interesting fight
Jamie McDonnell mentioned that he'd be keen to fight Quigg and step up to SBW.
Not sure on that one.

Nah, for all the talk about unification at 126 I think Selby will be protected until (and if) Warrington steps up to world level. Maybe just me but I get the feeling Eddie is keen on Warrington and all the mutants who follow him. I'm sure he'd love a domestic fight between Selby and Warrington at Elland Road. Different things in store for Quigg.

If Quigg could do a deal where he keeps his WBA...............Then Eddie wouldn't have a lot to lose............

I would take it. Quigg has nothing going at all after Kiko as it stands. That said, a lot can change

Doubt Selby could drop another 4lbs. Looked like a bag of bones at the weigh in making 126.

I'd quite like to see this. Suspect quigg can't out box him and doesn't have the footwork to corner him enough, but I'm not as sold on selby as most seem to be. Good as he looked, he shipped a lot of leather himself on Saturday, I'd worry about him against a banger.

Sorry Milky , I just can't help but think the Leeds Arena always looks like the cantina from Star Wars whenever Warrington fights.

Re: Selby vs Quigg - Any takers ???
I was once foolish enough to back Warrington to beat Selby but based on their most recent opponents whom were at very different levels it's a one sided schooling most likely a late round stoppage.
Milky, it's the GGG conundrum with Selby's defence, did he feel the power and realise it wasn't going to worry him or is it just a case of him being a bit porous, I doubt we'll know unless he fights Walters. Have to imagine Lomachenko and Russell are going to land with their speed although I can see both being quite cagey low output fights, he beats Russell though.

I guess we'll need to see the fights to find out hammy. But I'm going for a bit porous. Thought he looked a bit ragged at times... In another wise very accomplished performance.

Quigg's made a career fighter nobodies, no chance in hell he would risk his padded up 'unbeaten' record against Selby.

I was at the Odyssey the night Frampton ko Martinez
Selby beat Lindsay in the support fight that night. He looked sensational up close. I was close to ringside and was seriously impressed.
Granted Lindsay is no Lomachenko but Selby took him to school.

Selby has bags of talent........
Quigg is only four pounds lighter though and Selby isn't a puncher....
Worth watching..
