Re: London Double Header
There isn't a double header this year due to the WC. Quins, Wuss and Falcons are all at home for the Friday.

Re: London Double Header
It's a double header and it's in London, hence London Double Header. This is not the first time it's involved teams with no connection to London.

Re: London Double Header
Are you sure there is a double header this year Ozzy? The way the kick off times are staggered there can't be back to back games on either the Friday or Saturday.

Only the 1st weeks games are set, all others subject to movement for what ever reason

Re: London Double Header
Right I'm getting confused now! The LDH is normally the 1st weekend and the times have been confirmed so I can't see where this could happen. Furthermore Quins are at home and they never are for the LDH. If they are involved that would mean Sarries and Irish aren't. So if its not the first weekend when is it?

It's in November. Sarries v Worcester and Irish v Wasps.

Moved to not clash with WC, just after to hopefully take advantage of public interest.

Re: London Double Header
It's not the traditional season opener this year but it's on in November. Didn't realise there had been 'guest' teams in past thought it had always been the London based clubs including London Irish.
Been few times over recent years and as a neutral it's a good day out.

Leeds were in it when Quins were relegated.

Re: London Double Header
It seems strange that the only proper London club is not actually involved next season now.
