What's your favourite rugby world cup shirt
World Cup Shirts - Now with poll!
It can get a bit serious around here at times, so here are all the world cup shirts, as ranked by the telegraph. Personally I like the Romanian one best!
Shirts for the world cup
What's the 606v2 favourite?

I'll agree on the Argies, but I'm not a huge fan of either Japan kit.
Controversially, I quite like the Scotland one, which I think will divide opinion somewhat!

All Blacks for me nice and simple and won't show up the stain when your ketchup falls from your hotdog.
You won't believe how many England shirts I have wrecked doing that!

Always a classic. I recently got bolognaise on my old England shirt. Luckily I was in the kitchen and could rapidly remove the shirt and get it washed immediately. Still got a very small red mark though :-(

I have not seen them all, I will decide when I see the teams warring them.

I should have bought the England black one last time, classic!
Not too found of the Red one this time but it would hide the ketchup I guess

My favourite England shirt was the really old style one the wore for one game a few years back. Most England shirts are just a bit dull IMO

The thing is, how do you judge them ? We always see chiselled Jamie Roberts esque centers advertising the shirts and we think, wow, what a nice shirt, but when you put it on it looks more like a Samson Lee esque type of shirt and you think wow, what a piece of crap.
The only way we can see if the shirt is nice, is to have forwards only advertising the shirts so we ALL know what we expect to look like when we buy them.

Always been a massive fan of Argentinas kits.
And yes, I am basing that judgment on what it looks like when worn by professional rugby players and not on how it looks when worn by the 'average fan' with a typical physique

I don't know which jobsworth typewriter simian at the Telegraph plopped that load of old ladywater out, purporting to 'comment' on the strips, but it's very nice to see them all together nonetheless.
Argentina, Italy, NZ (in that order) for me. England lose points for having the breathtaking cheek to charge £120 for their 3D badge.
I actually really like the Scotland kit - it's subtly done and well made.
So the Torygraph can, unsurprisingly, kiss my face.

they are all nice but nothing tops that orange Scottish kit from the end of the 1990s. Shame they dropped it.

Re: World Cup Shirts - Now with poll!
I voted for the ABs. A classic, rather like myself.
I would like to see Global Hypercolor strips introduced personally, primarily so we can ask players like Cuthbert and Visser why everyone's shirts are a different colour to theirs at the end of the game.

Re: World Cup Shirts - Now with poll!
Admit to being slightly confused by this one from the Torygraph:
Georgia "Denied the right to wear their preferred strip of all-white with red detail thanks to England's privileges as the hosts, Georgia have instead opted for an imposing charcoal-grey number."
Fiji "A lucky coin-toss meant that Fiji will force England into their all-red change strip for the opening match of the tournament."
So according to the writer, Georgia can't wear white as England are the hosts - despite not being in the same group as them - but Fiji can make England wear read as they won the coin toss to wear white ?
So do Fiji have to wear their change strip for the rest of the tournament but only after they've played England ?

Yeah, that's some poor journalism right there. In my defence I only linked that article as it had all the shirts!
Anyone know the real reason why Georgia aren't wearing white?

Those Georgian boys look like they're coming to the wrong party! It's only a game lads. I don't think mafia hitmen are required.
I always like blue so for me France and Samoa stood out - really like that Samoan one.
BUT...nothing beats the Batman mystique of Black. Glad they dumped the splatters of white.... Black is it.
