Got my eye fractured doing kickboxing, needed something else to do. Definitely not bullied. Did like the idea of being bigger too.

Fair enough. I have nothing against them. Just as long as people that use don't compare their gains to naturals, I'm cool with it.

My gains are natural! Unlike some of my and other regulars at the oyster bars behaviour, most unnatural.....but great fun just ask Truss

If someone is serious about bodybuilding, they need to take the plunge.
I believe I have good genetics, but If I cut, I guy using steroids will hold more mass when dieting. However I do have bigger legs and broader shoulders than many users.

Vanity.......I'm afraid....
My buff body helped me meet a nice red head and helped me get a ticket out of dull Roxbury..
Might have curtailed my life by a few years but who wants to live forever ??

Fair enuff. Vanity I a good reason. I don't think you abuse drugs. I'd say you use and train hard. You don't seem stupid.

Well stay off orals. You have knowledge. A decent dose of yes and maybe deca would do you no harm. I think using pills is garbage.

Easy this....
I was fat. And any prolonged stay away from the gym leads to me being fat again.

I don't know much about primo. I read that Arnold loved it.

Deadlift was sumo. My conventional is 5kg less. Though think I might be good for 240 soon.

Re: Why did you start weight training..
Was always quite chubby as a child, but looking back at photos now I realise I was not as chubby as I believed back then.
Remember buying a Musclemag magazine with some pocket money whilst in my final year at primary school aged 11. Had a set of 5kg dumbbells aged about 10.
Thinking back it was likely a combination of being a bit chubby and also my grandad, whom became paralysed from the waist down and worked his upper body with a bullworker.
Hulkamania may also have had an influence.
Joined a gym aged 14 and bought some dianabol from a doorman who trained there about a year later.
Now at 37 with a couple of boys myself, seriously look back and think wtf.

Re: Why did you start weight training..
Exercise 3 times a week now. Gym x2 and then either run or insanity workout making it 3.
Past 3 years or so I've got into white collar boxing, so gym sessions are boxing/cardio based with 15 minutes weights at the end.
Chest and triceps one session, back and shoulders the other. Do biceps at home after a run or insanity workout. Legs get done during the run/insanity and also in the gym on machines such as inclined treadmill and stairmaster. Tbh the weights I lift are pretty pathetic especially for my build, but its to be expected as I know that you have to train a muscle before physical fatigue for you to get the best out of it.

As long as you're fit, that is the main thing. Sounds good man.

Re: Why did you start weight training..
If I ever quit powerlifting, I will most likely do circuit training. Perhaps a bit of bodybuilding as well. Need some size too.
