Have you read "Out of the Ashes"? The book about them? I think it's a documentary too - not seem that though.

When the team started competing internationally, a load of them got ridiculous "official" birth dates because they had no official documentation when they applied for their passports and birthdays aren't important in Afghanistan. Can't remember the story but there was something silly like two brothers had birthdates that were biologically impossibly close together

And I know test cricket ain't really their bag, but they could win a series against Zimbabwe couldn't they? I know the odds are stacked massively against them - but they'd have a shout!

Things would have to change if they were an official test playing nation.

Some of us are going to Walkabout bar in Temple, London next Sunday for Wrestlemania. Serving alcohol and food until 4am, tickets £10 + £1 booking fee

It was ok, hit it pretty well. Was a team comp so hit alternate shots with another player.

Also Played with my first ever 2 handicap golfer, complete bel**nd. I have never seen a 59 year old throw clubs around after bad shots.
