Hopefully improving, i have been getting a lesson every couple of weeks to get down to a single handicap golfer by end of the year.
Had a few rounds in the 70s so hopefully a good sign, take far too many putts though.
I did air shot on the first tee in a medal last week, thinkingbof everything i had done at my lessons that week though ha ha

Just wanted to check as you all seemed very certain of O'Callaghans potential based on a quick promo ahead of the PPV

I'm sure he'll be great too.
I notice you posted that promo
Is it on behalf of someone else or is he a stock character?

Re: 6CW Chat v10
Afternoon guys
In regards to the QOTD: It is a difficult one. I've done a lot of booking over the years and in some form or another we've used authority figures. I think we've seen a lot of power struggles over the years and it would be refreshing to move away from that kind of angle for awhile.
I think you are always going to need a focal point on shows because it allows the characters to bounce off a main figure and it gives the booking team a creative outlet.
In most cases though we've gone down the heel route for owners (Jones, McGraw, Walker) and choosing a face/neutral character to run things for awhile would be a much better idea.
When I was on the creative team I pitched an idea to Paul & Mat that once The Authority angle finished we'd have a captainless ship and the inmates basically running the asylum for awhile. Plenty of characters I think would have relished that. Plus it would have led to another Iron Man tournament, which I personally loved but not sure on the logistics with a huge fed.

Re: 6CW Chat v10
Got my new golf clubs just need to learn how to be better at golf now
Going back slightly on the earlier conversation RE submissions, when i created Phillips my intention was for him to use the full nelson like Masters did for his finisher. I dont really think its a sign of looking weak if the character taps out unless theyre written as tapping out straight away. Id argue tapping out to a submission is probably no less weaker than staying down to be pinned off a rock bottom (purposely using my finisher for phillips so not to insult anyone :p) bear in mind the submission will be locked in usually after a body part has been worn down more often than not

Got the Nike VRS irons from American Golf, £250 down from £350. Better than the clubs ive been using (one of those sets for £100 where you get everything a beginner needs in a box)
Bought a bag too and ended up negotiating myself a free 56 degree wedge in the nike VR range on top of it

My handicap is golf itself. Im awful. Of course im putting it down tp the cheap clubs i was using. Gonna start having a few lessons down the range and finally get out on the course.

Re: 6CW Chat v10
I can't recommend getting lessons enough. If you know the basics, grip set up etc then it puts you on a good place.
One thing i would say is that with lessons you often get worse before getting better while things becone natural so its better to get them early

Re: 6CW Chat v10
Yeah my mates are really in to their golf so i want to pick it up, theyre pushing for me to get lessons and said the same thing, seems like a decent way to keep fit as well. I used to have lessons when i was like 14/15 but didnt stick with them as i didnt know anybody who played
Im half decent with the seven iron. Only club i seem to hit straight consistently. Usually get about 125 yds out of it

Re: 6CW Chat v10
Absolutely;
Robin Reborn and Joshua because they've come at me with promos so there's already groundwork laid. Reborn would be a great ideological feud and Joshua would be intense and a complete mindf*** of overly-verbose, psychee questioning promos. It would be like the worlds most violent counselling session.
Keith Leone because I don't think we've ever really feuded before and he is capable of putting over sensational feuds that I would love to be a part of.
Lex Hart because we got history and the interplay between Lex, Cassius and Jessica is loads of fun to write with.
Engel Harlequin - because again it would be a mind twister.
Anthony Grace because Cassius would absolutely hate that character and Grace would see Cassius as a worthwhile project. That would be a lot of fun.
Liam Wood and Crime Lord because the promo battles would be sensational - however they wouldn't work at this point because it would be heel vs heel. Wouldn't make for a decent feud. 2 for the future though.
So not many At least the GM's know I'll be happy with anything.
The roster is so strong and so talented that there are an unlimited number of feuds that could be "best evers" in my opinion. The GM's could draw names like the FA Cup and if 2 guys are on form it will blow the roof off.

Oh he just had too many and was justifying himself, saying sorry to various people and calling Paul and Mat God's.
He didn't start crying but did mention something about licking the feet of a girl that was on his bus
It was funny and a bit cringe worthy. Bless him
And yes Chris is Dolph. Busy night as we have Olly and Marsh on there too.
This mornings topic is Satanism and religion. We cover many bases!
