Why is after the age of 25 you develop a unnecessary fear of falling.
Before the age of 25 those little chain fences you wouldnt even have looked up from your phone and skipped over them.
After 25 you clocl them about 500 metres to go lock phone, speed up walk only stop completely right next to them and proceed to lift your legs over in the slowest and safest wsy possible.
I have tried to force myself to walk and jump over them and i can't. They only hang a foot of the geound for god sake

Not a huge Shakespeare fan. We had to do loads of it at school. My friend did turn round to the teacher once and say "why do we have to do this Miss? He doesn't talk proper"
I would rather go see a Shakespeare play than an Opera though.
Morning. Based on the promos we have been having, who is the next breakout star of 6cw?

QOTD:
I think Engel and Dicey have really ran with the ball...I know they're not new but their promos are standing out to me anyway at the moment.
Hopefully people are enjoying Wood's direction at the moment...with Wood off the card I took it as a chance to show a few different sides of Wood. Loved giving Max some back handed compliments/support.

Re: 6CW Chat v11
Morning all,
Not a huge fan of Shakespeare in that I have read lots, but what I have read/seen I did think was brilliant. Particularly Macbeth and Merchant of Venice.
When you're still celebrating someone's 400th birthday I'm not sure it can ever be classed as "underrated" I would hate to see over-rated. Actually - you can see that this year with someone else's 90th birthday!
QOTD : I'm not entirely sure who has made it in 6CW before, but coming in recently I already view Harlequin and Dicey as bona fide top class 6cw superstars to aspire to, so in my eyes they are already breakout stars.
I know he's a champion so he's probably broken out himself - but for me it's Cameron Faith. He is the one person I think will be world champion within the next 1-2 years.

Morning all
Looking forward to your feedback too. I would vote for it!
QOTD : no, I don't think so. It can perhaps be a bit more interesting storyline wise as there is a lot of fallout and tying of loose ends, but the PPV is the money, it has the big matches you've been building your promos towards, and is the payoff of what you've been spending so much time developing. A PPV has the more emotional, personal impact, it can have you elated or heartbroken and for a moment suspends reality - you have won or you have lost and that is all that matters in that moment. The Aftermath keeps you intrigued and coming back for more.

Re: 6CW Chat v11
QOTD: I honestly think that the PPV's and Aftermath are as important as each other because they have different but equally important jobs. A great PPV can be derailed by a poor follow up show and an if we had an Aftermath that had followed a rubbish PPV it might not have the same effect.

Leaving the dream Dicey.
Reason I ask the qotd is because the last two aftermaths have been brilliant. The PPVs have posed the questions and thr Aftermaths have answered them.....at least in part.

Re: 6CW Chat v11
Totally agree Twist and I think it's how it should be...PPV's should end a few things and then tease what's next hyping us for the next show...if that next show Aftermath doesn't deliver then the tease is a little wasted...luckily I've not felt like this has happened since I've been part of 6CW.

Re: 6CW Chat v11
As for the QotD: I think the PPVs will always be the most important show but Aftermath is up there as it either continues on the storylines created or gives us the answers we need from the PPV, it could be seen as a safety net for creative as if they do something in the PPV that isn't getting the right reaction they have a platform to explain it or change it

2nd QOTD : I already had Zheng Zhi as Diablo's bodyguard, which I had picked as a stereotypical Chinese sounding name that sounds a bit like Zao from Die Another Day. Then when I decided to bring his brother in as a better character I was looking for a name and "Cassius" by Foals was on the radio and just thought it was a decent enough name.

IMO - the PPV is always most important - it's generally where feuds end or something new will happen. Obviously not always the case but often it'll shape the landscape
Aftermath is kinda of the same importance storyline wise but match wise it's not the same as a PPV

Not all of them
I chose Dicey Reilly because there is an Irish song of the same name and a few pubs called it too, only later did I realise that Dicey Reilly is a woman

Dicey Reilly wrote:QotD: Why did you chose your characters name
Current Characters:
* Liam Wood is called Liam Wood because I'm a super creative genius and it's nothing to do with it being my real name.
* Austin Stevens is a tribute to Steve Austin (once again I am super creative )
* Brandon Perez was just a dumb American sounding name and fit the character
Old characters/Managers:
* Edward Plague - Named after a character I created who was originally called William Plague. Edward comes from Ed Gein.
* Emmy Mathews (Liam Wood's ex) - Matthews is William Regal's second name, Emmy is the name of a girl I had a one night stand with.
* El Rey Castile (The Death Squad) - El Rey means King so his name translates to King Castile which suited his character.
* Varyag (The Death Squad) - The Varyags was an alternative name for The Vikings and suited his character.
* Krasimir Marinov (The Death Squad manager) - named after a Bulgarian mobster who was part of the Bulgarian Mafia
The one that never happened:
* El Guerrero Enano - My spanish midget...basically translates as 'The Midget Warrior'.
* The Pundertaker - A character based on bad puns...along with El Guerrero Enano both have been turned down for the roster.
* The Entertainer - The character I was going to make for that other fed who's finisher was hypnotising his opponent in to beating themselves.
Sorry for the essay
