QOTD: Who has the most to gain from Night Of Glory 7?
I'm not just talking titles or briefcases...win or lose who gets the biggest push and becomes the next big thing/one to watch in 6CW?

Re: 6CW Chat v12
I think Zhi and Marsh are doing good things and while i don't see either of them winning the FFTR, and if do end up fueding after NOG would be a great platform for them both to push on.
I thinks theres few in Ladder match, O'Callaghan has obvioisly come in done well and the submission thing adds something different.
Thunder, ever aince i have been back it always seems that its gonna be moment, feel very Jeff Hardyish with that moment and all the the emotion when he does finally win.
I am just gonna end up going through the whole roster, i think it could be number of people and the list of who it won't be is much smaller.
I would also say that it seems to me that if you put together a run of high quality promos creative will give you the storylines to be that break theough star. The rest of us just compliment creative on a job well done.

Re: 6CW Chat v12
Didn't see Dicey's QOTD:
With two heel champions (shut up!) it makes sense to have two face characters going against them and for me currently the top three faces are Thunder, Dicey and Reborn...I feel like Reborn and Thunder could have been swapped but with Thunder in the FFTR ladder match I feel he'll be getting his push and probable title run soon enough.
I think if O'Callaghan had been around earlier he could have been up there, if Heath was face he could of as well but I think honestly the way things are it works really well. I also like that both guys could have gone against either champion.

That is a big loss...you can get Chris Kamara as he featured on Progress Wrestling stuff but Olly told me he hates him so you might have to fight for that one!
100% needed a few days to do nothing...probably should have done WWA earlier though...all this football has distracted me though...you're so lucky that you don't have to deal with that distraction

Re: 6CW Chat v12
To answer the 2 questions of the days...
1) Who has the most to gain from Night of Glory?
I think the person with the biggest opportunity is probably James McManus. Always seen him as a potential massive star and now he has the opportunity to bang a couple of weeks of the top promos he is capable of, secure the title, and propel himself further. The character is superb too - I always enjoy reading his matches because of the old-fashioned, proper wrestler vibe.
Joshua can reach a whole other echelon if he extends his title reign and separates the reign from Jones support.
Obviously whoever wins the Fight for the Right has a lot to gain. Marshall with the briefcase is a tantalising prospect in my opinion and would benefit most from winning it. Can picture him doing the whole Jericho/Rollins WUMMING of the crowd thing - teasing cash-ins etc.
Hurst and Perez have the most to gain from the tag title match. Think this team have huge potential and would love to see a feud between Perfect Execution w/ Jessica and Hurst & Perez w/Kelsey. Would be something fresh and entertaining. Adamson and Grace going their separate ways in this match would give huge potential back to both and for a potentially world class feud.
Do Dicey and Reborn deserve their main event spots?
Definitely. Dicey's ascendancy since the dissolution of the Extreme Scene has been phenomenal. As have his promos. He's really taken that storyline and milked it to its maximum. The guy I get most excited for when I see an unread post on the match card thread.
Reborn has been posting great promos too and is a really believable challenger to Joshua. I'll be honest, when he won the Gateway to Glory I wasn't sure - now I see it.
It's a great main event scene - proven by a terrific segment post-elimination chamber and the promos currently on the Anarchy thread from those 4 guys. Engel shows he belongs there too IMO.

Nice one Naybo - congrats!
Is match play like a one v one knockout tourney?
Costco is great for pastries. Thrift makes it perfectly acceptable to walk out with a tray of Danishes!

Yeah, the 8 best scratch scores (no handicap counting) in my handicap range quailified to go one vs one, quarters on Tuesday Semi, Thursday is i get lucky, Final Sunday if i get really really lucky.
Think my range starts at least 12 maybe lower up to 20 (i'm 17) so did pretty well to qualify

I need a recommendation of where to start with comics - it strikes me as something I would enjoy even though I've only ever read Watchmen.
And I know... £25m is a joke. I wouldn't have even acknowledged such an insult with a reply.
no, it's madness. I have no idea where that figure comes from. Love him to bits but he's £10m maximum surely?

Dicey will be the the one to give you some proper insight.
I just went to the comic book store and picked a few that i liked the look of etc. Wherever you start you will have loads of questions and can expand out that way. (This was Lees advice to me.)
Planet Hulk/World war Hulk are really good, i would say Civil War is as good as any place to start,

Nice one.
I miss Leebo - what a legend.
Do you find when watching the Network you start loving wrestlers you had no care in the world for at the time? Savio Vega is my new/old find at the moment. He was good!

I think that happened to me with Rene Dupree, maybe that's partly cos he became Jerome Dubois' pic base!
And Mason Ryan since I used him for Adamson, I realise how decent and underutilised he was.

In light of the Network question above here's a QOTD!
Are there any former 6CW or 6WF characters who in retrospect were greater than you perceived them at the time, or than the push they ever received?

I think there are a lot of "would-be" from both feds, people who were very good but didn't keep it up and ended up leaving before they got some big moments. Nigel Napalm is one off of the top of my head.
