Who will qualify for The O2?
Seeing as we are around half way through the season, I thought I would pose this question?
Djokovic is already qualified. Can't see Murray not making it either.
Below them, it's up for grabs. Nadal is third in the race, but injured. Thiem is fourth in the race, will be maintain it.
Federer currently 12th, needs some form. Kyrgios?

My prediction is;
Djokovic
Murray
Nadal
Thiem
Raonic
Nishikori
Federer
Wawrinka
Goffin could replace Wawrinka or Nadal, if he doesn't come back from injury.

Re: Who will qualify for The O2?
Tough to argue against that if that's ranking order them theim at 4 is a bold one
I'll go
Novak
Murray
Wawrinka
Nishikori
Roger
Raonic
Theim
Rafa
Can't really Put anyone new in if I'm
Honest
Gasquet maybe at 9?

Re: Who will qualify for The O2?
In terms of ranking number 3 is wide open. Federer has a lot of points to defend and isn't looking in brilliant form. With the quicker courts coming up I expect he will do enough to be top 8, but not sure of top 3. If Rafa comes back soon at a similar level as before, he'll probably be number 3, but we don't know how long he'll be out for and this is his worst part of the season.
I'd guess at
Djokovic
Murray
Raonic
Nishikori
Thiem
Federer
Nadal
Wawrinka
I'd guess at
Djokovic
Murray
Raonic
Nishikori
Thiem
Federer
Nadal
Wawrinka

I would say raonic at 3 is high but he's playing like it atm. Needs a great wimby to make that.

He's been up there as best player behind Djokovic and Murray already this season. Could argue Rafa I suppose. He's sixth in the race, but there is hardly anything between him, Nishikori and Thiem. Thiem has played a lot of tournaments too.
Plus Raonic will be suited to grass and faster hardcourts.

Re: Who will qualify for The O2?
Murray has already qualified, not as a mathematical certainty, but close enough.
Rafa, Thiem and Nishikori will need some very poor form to fail to qualify, or, in Rafa's case, if he doesn't play again this season (unlikely?).
Raonic would also need a drop in form, especially since he probably won't play on clay again and the courts speed up.
So, all the top 6 you have to favour.
Stan is 7th and you would back him with his quality + existing points.
After that, makes sense to back Federer.
Of the 8 players above, I would expect at least 7 of them to qualify and be fit.
That may leave an 8th spot, and that really is anyone's guess.
Goffin, Berdych, Kyrgios, Gasquet, even Zverev all could make it.
Can't see anyone with under 1,000 points today making a move.

Astonishing that Fed is as high in the year-so-far rankings as he is. But then Djoko and Andy M have been hoovering up all the big points, so the eighth-placed guy may not need all that many this year.
Would be good to see some new faces at the O2 - Thiem? Goffin?

Think Thiem will make it, unless something goes seriously wrong with him for the rest of the season. He's even looking good on grass.
Goffin has a shout, I think he'll get inside top ten, but probably finish 9th.
