Offloading in the tackle: Moving the point of attack preventing a defence to set and keeping play fluid.
First phase attack/strike moves: Will look to break the defence, with either a bust through or a clever move to create a gap.
Breakdown - Slowing up ball: The defenders can get over the ball to slow it up and prevent the attack from building momentum and allowing your defence to set.
Chop Tackle: Tacklers look to get low and chop down attackers before gaining momentum or metres over the gain line.

Re: Anglo-Welsh Cup Round One
I'm not sure on the ruling mate, as it is an uncapped game. SJE or someone can advise, what happened in the past - that would be appreciated.

Just seen Petersen named in S.A squad announced today. I will switch him out for Placid if that is ok.

We never counted uncapped games in the past so the Boks, BaaBaas, NZ Maori players etc should all be available

Re: Anglo-Welsh Cup Round One
Guys I have updated the page, but changes that need to be made are as follows:
Worcester - Naholo starting for ABs
Bath - Best starting for Ireland, Lee, Lydiate, Tipuric and JD2 starting for Wales, and Moala for the ABs
Wasps - Aaron Smith starting for ABs
Saracens - Bradley Davies is starting for Wales
Northampton - Enrique Pieretto Heiland is benching for Argentina
Lads I'm allowing until midday for changes, can you post after this, to let me know you have made the amendment.
Otherwise I will put bench players in (where applicable) and your bench will be short for the match day squad.

Re: Anglo-Welsh Cup Round One
Sorry lads, been a bit busy!
Predictions Open
Thanks to the lads that updated their sides
I have amended the Bath side, so that they at least have a starting 15 and cover on the bench - but are still two short on the bench.
Saints will be a man short on the bench.
