One of the most underrated left hooks but one of the best in boxing history.
Mike Tyson v Tony Tubbs
1988 Japan.
After a very good round by Tubbs, in which he tagged Tyson and was willing to trade on the inside, Tyson caught up with Tubbs midway through the second. After catching Tubbs with a body/uppercut shot he liked to employ the one handed technique, Tyson threw a perfectly timed left hook around the houses as it were making contact with the side of Tubb's head scrambling Tubbs world and ending the fight.

You been up in the early hours going through your video collection onethree?
But yep tubbs did have a good left hook which he caught Tyson with a few times in that fight.
Actually, two of the fastest handed heavies you'll see (makes today's guys look like slow motion) and it was a decent contest while it lasted. Tubbs landed sharp jabs and left hooks but no power to them. Tyson landed a few tasty left hooks himself and I do agree, the right hook to the body, right uppercut combination he landed just prior to the knockout showed the offensive variety he had.
