Just had a good laugh at this thread, I had forgot all about D4's gem suggesting that plaster of paris in hand wraps may actually be safer for boxers Doh

What a superb, and very funny, article. The nostalgia very nearly produced a salty tear or two.

Hats off, Sugar Boy.

With fond memories of the pastings Sugar Ray Leonard and "Prince" Nazim received ,which current arrogant boxer would you most like to see get his first, richly deserved whipping?

Clues: there is only one possible and he's currently doing everything he can to dodge a certain Far Eastern!

Indeed.

Some slightly tougher ones.

Which machine is a great aid to squatting?

How many rounds should Lacy have beat Calzaghe inside?

When did the 201st decade (A.D.) end?

I think the answer to the first one is 'the coffee machine'. Overuse has me squatting like there's no tomorrow.

The third one...is surely...31/12/2009..?

Scott, please don't bring up the Smith machine argument again. Not sure I get over the image of Truss and Strongy oiling each other up and having a pec flexing contest over the whole issue!
