Jamie Roberts perfect for Gatland's game plan
I think Jamie Roberts is perfect for Gatland's game plan. He played really well for the Lions in South Africa in 2009 and in Australia in 2013. He's been out of favour with Wales this season because Howley's been trying to develop a new game plan but if Gatland wants to play a physical game then he should, IMO, pick the most physical player in Britain & Ireland. Call up Jamie Roberts to the Lions squad!

If that was the case he would have selected him from the start.

But the Lions have been struggling and I believe they need to call up a hero to save them. Shane Williams is too old but Jamie Roberts is not. Jamie Roberts can be that hero, IMO.

My grandmother used to tell me stories about Roberts. Is there any old video of him that's still intact and useable?

I believe cave drawings exist, depicting him in action.

I believe he was used as the model for the cartoon character Desperate Dan, who dates from 1937.
