The bear pit at the bottom of the league is where we're going to get our entertainment from now on. That was pants.
Chelsea not being in the CL next season woulda been unthinkable a few weeks back. Big job on there for the next manager.

As with most PL seasons. West Brom are gone, but there's only 10 points between 8th and 19th with nine games to play.

If you squint, you'd struggle to tell the difference between this team and LVGs team.
It's just dire. Especially in comparison to what Pep is producing.

I actually dislike this Mourinho side immensely, but I wanted Palace to lose so celebrated that goal like I would if West Ham scored an important one. Which we could do with doing soon

As troubled as this unit side are, an lvg team wouldn't have got close to that.
City have better players, not sure a case can be made for any of the united front 6 to get into their side. Many wouldn't get in the squad.

Personally think Mourinho has very little power over the mercenary, individualistic make-up of that squad. Mourinho sides have always had workhorses, players sacrificing everything for the cause, whereas this United side, is just individuals out for themselves, and relying upon moments of brilliance, to bail them out. A classic Mourinho team it is not, there is no collective, there is no sound defensive unit, no real system, just a bunch of individuals doing what they want, and how they want to do it.
United’s off-field financial success, has actually probably led to their recent downfall in the transfer market. To focused on spending massively on ‘names’, which don’t fix a certain position needing improvement, and none of which suit the manager’s philosophy.
It’s a mess, but United are lucky that Arsenal & Chelsea are in an equally bad state, and needing a complete rebuild.

Probably compounded by playing Mourinho tactics.
United seem to be skipping directly to the step where the players start thinking Jose's a bit of a knob.

the recruitment has been poor, with no real aim at building a team to fit a system. city did well as they were buying players who'd fit into peps system perfectly. mourinho wont get the best out of pogbas and sanchezs, but the lingards will flourish

Rashford with a top class goal after United go route one to expose Liverpool’s defence. Lukaku easily beats Lovren, Alexander-Arnold again lets Rashford run him, then Rashford turns him with ease and smashes it home.
1-0 to Man United (who didn’t start as favourites here, at home, above Liverpool)

Another long ball, Lovren done in the air again, Mata takes it up and is blocked, Rashford hits it and it deflects enough to sneak in.
2-0.
Van Dijk needs to show some brains and take over from challenging with Lukaku instead of Lovren

Pandemonium at West Ham, with home fans unable to contain their anger spilling onto the field.
Very bad results for WBA and West Ham - home losses currently 1-3 and 0-3.

Huddersfield dropping a crucial two points at the moment. With difficult fixtures on the horizon, it could be very costly.

On the downside West Ham are about to get a big hefty fine..
On the plus side they have actually got people with passion on the pitch..

"The Manchester United star is FOUR WEEKS ahead of the schedule predicted by doctors, who feared he would miss out on the trip to Japan and Korea.
Last night top churchmen reckoned The Sun’s inspired campaign, in which we asked millions of readers to pray for Becks, lay behind the amazing comeback."

The driver is a bit of a pillock by all accounts but you can't do that. I'd say that's a bit worse than mocking a female lineswoman and we know what happened there.

the "goading" wasnt exactly OTT, all he said was two one pal. if carragher cant handle that level then he has no place being in the public eye.

If you drive along a motorway shouting out of the window at another driver whilst filming it on your phone with a child in the car then you're a pillock.
But yeah, he should be able to take (or ignore) that kinda crap.

I’d presume he wasn’t the first and I’d imagine it’s the desire to film him too thatbeas annoying.
I’d imagine he’ll escape this one. It’s hardly the worst thing in the world, and certainly not as bad as all the stuff from Keys and Gray.

Kinda agree with Dolph. The title of that article is a bit clickbait-y, I imagine he was spitting at the car/the driver, not the girl.

As for West Ham, id probably hand out a few games behind closed doors, with a larger number of games suspended for repeat incidents.

Kirsty G was done for drink driving, which is a criminal offence, potentially endangering others lives. She remained, and easily more expendable. Carragher’s is vile, but pales in comparison. Imagine this blows over relatively quickly, after a stint off-air/international break.

Which I think many fans would actually enjoy as a punishment, and the players too by the sounds of their whining over it.

Michael Carrick's calling it quits. That's one unassuming pro footballer.
12 major trophies along the way. Top career.
Stlll think he could do a job lower down the league ala Gareth Barry, fitness permitting of course.
