Re: Melbourne City
No worries. I wouldn't have taken a swap offer for Iniesta anyhow, as Martinez would only be backup for me atm

Re: Melbourne City
I'm not really desperate for the cash for other deals, and I'm quite happy to wait for January/February. It was always a long term plan with my youth team anyway, and I haven't changed my thinking on that.

Would like to make a deal if possible. Should one of your strikers get injured I'm happy to delay till after this gameweek but would like to get it agreed

Re: Melbourne City
Despite his problems? He's been the best DM in world football for nearly two years. If there's issues with him then I'm walking.
He's not going anywhere, nor is Rashford. Anyone else can be used.
Or I can do a cash deal

It's no problem I will play Okaka upfront.
Could even go with Fellaini but I'm not being ripped off for one gameweek. I'm asking for a cash price.

I presume Goretzka and Silva are off the table but if two of those players are Bakambu and Inigo then we might get somewhere.

Zlatan I presumed would be cheaper and has more of a punt about him. Of the two I'd want Bakambu.
To lose Casemiro I need Bakambu and another serious gain elsewhere

I could chuck in Pepe , but that's about as far as I could go. Kovacic and Thorgan are no mugs. And the deal would already be well in your favour in TM terms.

Re: Melbourne City
I'm not losing Casemiro unless it's something ridiculous offered. Him and Rashford are the only two anyone seems to rate so it's foolish to lose them.
I thought my offer was reasonable as it covered both TM Values (note Zlatan's has gone down a little).
I've got alternatives if not, as I said I'm happy to play Okaka, or even take a punt on Fellaini upfront.

TM values are not the be all and end all, otherwise Jordan Henderson is much better than both

Re: Melbourne City
That's severely under-rating Evans.
I do have another option of a CB in foreigns if we don't come to an agreement, though I would prefer to do a domestic deal.
I'll go up to 18.5m but any more wouldn't be right.
