Predicted Final Table Positions for 2018 6 Nations
I predict the final table positions to be
With Ireland getting their 3rd Grand Slam ever...
Who expected this in the beginning.

I’d love Wales to finish 2nd, obviously. However, it (your table) assumes a) Wales will get a win and try bonus point against Italy today. Not impossible but with so many changes I reckon we’ll struggle to gel. And that might mean struggling to score tries. And b) that we’ll beat France! Again, not impossible but they’ve been hard to beat this tournament. Ireland just beat them away. They were good for their win yesterday against England. Scotland were behind most of the game in Scotland. This is going to be really hard. I get a feeling England might pull out all the stops and beat Ireland at HQ, unfortunately for Wales and our league position.
Fingers crossed, but it’s going to be tricky

I think it is fair to say that home advantage is back in a big way. Unless you are Italy.

Re: Predicted Final Table Positions for 2018 6 Nations
Wales’ recent history v France has been pretty good. We lost last time in France, but that was the ridiculous game that went on for 100 mins. Could/should have been a win for Wales but Barnes was adamant that he wanted a home win
Before that we won 5 games on the bounce against them going back to 2012. That probably demonstrates quite well the fall that France have had in recent times as Wales have not always been good in that period either. Get a feeling they’re starting to improve and get a bit more consistent so next week will be really tough for Wales. But home advantage, as Radge says, seems to count for a lot at the moment.

Just a thought, but using my permutations, If Wales beat France but France gets 2 BPs, a losing one and a Try BP, they will actually jump ahead for England putting England into 5th.
Also, if England don’t get a losing BP against Ireland they could end up in 5th.
Wow, that Chariot isn’t broken, its a write-off.
