Good day good sir.
I was wondering if I could trouble you for a potential transfer of young Tom Lapslie?

Understandable.
As he's valued at £68k, and his lawyers offer would be £75k (approx), would you accept £100k?

Not gonna lie, I was hoping to have him in for my game this week. Is that completely out of the question?

Re: Colchester United
No ta, the offer remains though if you change your mind, you'll only end up releasing him for zilch in a couple of weeks as he won't rise in value until the end of season if at all so it's a quick little cash boost for you. If it's about losing a squad place I can throw in one of my freebies (excluding Angel Gomes before you ask).

Re: Colchester United
No worries. I was tempted, but I think in a few weeks both might be out of the picture, in which case I'm better off keeping the higher value one

He's your 10th best midfielder! Even with 3 injuries to your midfield he'll struggle to make your bench

Oh it's a total overhaul I need!
Found a beaut hopefully for next week though if no-one nabs him beforehand.

Re: Colchester United
Can't go that high sorry. £35k is my max offer.
I also couldn't confirm until tomorrow as I need to release players first and have done my two this week.
Or I can offer one of Vadaine Oliver, Rhys Oates, Jason Oswell or Luke Conlan in straight swap. They are all £45k

Can't do that atm as Cranston is my starting LB and the only half decent option I currently have there.

Sorry Azzy, it's strictly business.
Reminds me of the Notorious Big Song "Keep your family and business completely separated, money and blood don't mix like 2 dicks and no bitch"
P.S I'm glad to have you back, hopefully we can work together one day.

Re: Colchester United
Trying to purchase a player from the wrong team, I'm picturing Trebs running the club like Al Pacino in Scarface. Coke everywhere.

Scott Flinders = Dillon Barnes + £178,500
Overall value of £203,500, timely for tomorrow's foreigns and £5.5k above his lawyer value. It's the absolute highest I can go to as I need my remaining budget for my two foreigns.
Yes I will accept that. Please confirm

I'll buy Akieme and Prosser off you for your valuation but you'd have to take Fitzpatrick and Ponticelli off my hands (Ponticelli I reckon could be half decent if you held onto him, highly regarded at parent club Coventry).

Re: Colchester United
Just realised you can't sell Akieme domestically this week
You've got to keep foreign players for two weeks before you can sell them to someone else

Any thoughts on this, as Marky has also offered the full cash asking price, which I am weighing up.

Sorry but with him being first choice at a Championship club I think he'll get an increase soon.
You can have Hamon for 30k though.

Re: Colchester United
Collins I'd like to keep for now although Shepherd could go for £70k + Barnes
Alternatively I'd propose a bigger deal of:
Gunning + Collins + Shepherd
=
Pleguezuelo + Barnes?
