That's actually another regret but not one I had any hand in - the death of the Xtreme division. Chamber of Horrors matches were always awesome

Oh, also having to read the Engel promo in Jeremy Kyle. Not letting that one be forgotten

I think the idea was that characters were getting typecast and also there was no way to end the feud cos they were so intent on killing each other that they would realistically just always be trying to die. And cos I think we needed a break, Liam was going to have to kill them for those matches to top each one before it

Haha true, we did you no favours with the characters......"yeah yeah, I have a character called Joshua. He feels no pain. Do what you want with him!"
Regret wise it isn't a long list is it? Well, compared to some of the awesome nights we had reading shows, especially the big PPVs

The Hardcore division was something I was never fussed over so I didn't cry over its demise.
One thing I did miss though were the Trashies.

Perhaps I am biased because I got so much enjoyment out of writing some Logan Kincade v Blue Dragon hardcore matches

The Trashies I loved as it allowed me to go full Family Guy style comedy of just random sh*t that was in my head that I could make a skit of ie Cat Bin Lady.

Yeah I did have to go to some extremes, at one point someone's character got stabbed in the head with a shard of glass and in another I'm pretty sure someone had a barbwire noose haha

I kind of agree, I think Wood has been given the 'is he good enough to make it' storyline about 3 or even 4 times. In EWF he was given stuff pretty fast but I think when he came across to 6CW he lost everything and it was a good year or so before he won the EWF title back.

Re: 6CW Chat v1 (100th edition)
I think I'll be posting the show around 7-8ish.
Just so everyone knows, a few of the backstage promos will be your own promos. Not through laziness but I'm still getting to know some of the characters as well so I think it makes sense to get your own take on it. The backstage segments I have wrote are more to enhance some of the storylines.

Re: 6CW Chat v1 (100th edition)
(actual) QOTD's:
1. Who in your opinion is the best e-fedder of all time and why?
During my time in 6cw I'd have to go Dicey or Marky
2. Who in you opinion is the best e-fed character of all time and why?
Two of my favourite rivalries came against Adamson and Daniel Reilly. Love both characters
Optional possibly controversial QOTD:
3. Has there been a character you haven't quite got despite them doing well?

I don't think that's laziness at all. It makes perfect sense to use the promos (or even part of the promos) in shows to save you writing them out again for no reason.

That Adamson/Gazzy rivalry was superb TBF. Originally friends, to Adamson blackmailing Gazzy to helping him, Gazzy almost becoming equal before Adamson turned heel again (from a heel to a bigger heel) to Gazzy finally getting revenge. I swear it went on for over a year start to finish.

Re: 6CW Chat v1 (100th edition)
Adamson/Gazzy is one of my favourite ever feuds that I got to write. It just clicked. Helped that both guys were around for the entirety but sometimes you just get two promoers who work together really well and that chemistry makes the feud ten times better

New card. I’ll update properly when I’m on the laptop and do group standings etc.
Bull great to see you mate. Signing up? Be great to see you back, same goes for Beer too when he’s online. The more the merrier to make the roster as competitive as possible

Few guys have come back to it, Bull, after years away. Up to you buddy but the offer is there. This is just a bit of fun mate, I'm not running it with an overly serious nature. This is just a pastime, a bit of a getaway for everyone from time to time.
Tables have been updated on the promo thread. Still two matches to go in each group, however, so you can see that all can change very quickly.

Re: 6CW Chat v1 (100th edition)
Promo for proving grounds is up, I’m much happier with that one, I felt like I rushed my last promo and did it without any kind of direction or thought just put a load of stuff on the page really. So I’ve tried a lot harder with this one, Ive never really written face promos before so I hope I’m getting it somewhere in the right ball park.
I’ve left it open for Phillips to jump in, if you fancy it...

It's a no from me. Never say never, but right now I just don't have the time to promo.
Plus, Clarke and PJ have an arena tour for the book signing.

I thought it was a vote on today's lunch?
Politics wise I used to have a Tory stronghold (Damian Green won with 59% of the vote), but not sure if he has been tainted enough. As that area in Kent is very pro-Brexit I think it will be a possible win for Brexit Party.

Re: 6CW Chat v1 (100th edition)
Oh I would usually and hate anyone who doesn't - especially if they complain after the event.
But this whole thing has been so mind-numbingly depressing that I will get to the ballot box and not have a clue who to vote for. I am not surprised if this whole thing just turns people off. Spoken to a few people at work and family after it was announced and all of them said pretty much the same thing....what's the point.
Glad we now have 6CW to lighten up the day!
Might as well do a QOTD.....
After the World Champion is crowned, what, if any, title would you like to see come back? Plus would there be any stipulations to it.

Likely Lib Dem but will have to look tactically. Would be very hard to vote Corbyn, such our his ways, and there are people I couldn’t look in the eye if I willingly did. But I’d handle my conscience if it was just an anti-Tory vote.
