Morning all
Sent out some PM's, there will be more to come for others. Happy to answer anything that anyone has questions about. Looking forward to getting back to some writing for next week's show and actually do a promo myself for the 6 man.

Really liked that promo from MtotheC, I think I prefer Costello as a face, he was a bit Crime Lord esque as a heel, definitely not bad by any means, just a bit repetitive over time. The face Costello is definitely much fresher IMO.

Cheers Marky I feel like i'm starting to get to grips with face promos, I really struggled with what to say the past few weeks and I think I confused matters by trying to be too much of a 'good guy'. So I just riffed off what JJ did in the last show. I'm happy to be trying something different this time, as you're right, the bad guy for the sake of being bad got stale! Really got the buzz back for this and enjoying it loads, there's been some cracking promos already.
BTW... 'Jacked off' has the potential to be most over finisher ever!

Re: 6CW Chat v1 (100th edition)
I feel like I need to share this conversation from work with you all.
Talking about a female James Bond (for some reason), I argued James Bond has to be male, he's a character who is chauvinistic and womanising, it wouldn't necessarily make sense for him to become a female character.
Someone pipes up "I don't think there should be a black James Bond either" and the whole room just went silent

Re: 6CW Chat v1 (100th edition)
That escalated quickly...
I thought I remembered someone saying in the books, his skin colour isn't mentioned. That could be another major book with a lead male character though.
3 man tag men! We meeting in the ring?

Morning.
Any more takers for WWA Season 12?
We're up to 6 (that's including you Twist, don't go backing out now)
The more the merrier, drafting will begin when we have enough players.

Goddamit - nobody wanted to do a fed with me then?
I have had an idea for it this morning actually. I am going to take former jobbers and make them all Cena's......when coming up against people like the Rock and SCSA.
You just wait for Barry Horowitz beating Triple H for the heavyweight championship

I once did a season where Hardcore Holly, Spike Dudley and Eugene as a Shield type group and it ended up with interviewer Justin Roberts winning the main title in the company with the help of his secret dad Jake The Snake Roberts.

Good morning gentlemen
A few show related questions:
Who will progress to the semi finals?
Who was Ricky Nelson talking to on the phone, that will be at proving grounds next week?
What does the future hold for Hero, will he earn a 6CW contract?
What plans did MJ cancel due to Frost being at Proving grounds last week?

Hey M, afternoon all......what a week. I will get a promo reply up to the tag teamers but can someone start please? Really out of the loop this week...its been manic
Who will progress to the semi finals? - I think it will be Costello, Wood, Cerberus and J2
Who was Ricky Nelson talking to on the phone, that will be at proving grounds next week? - I think it will be Mike Hill
What does the future hold for Hero, will he earn a 6CW contract? - It is down to Costello really. It could go to Costello getting to the final and losing, but still saying Hero gets his contract as he did concentrate on the tournament. Frost didn't say Costello had to win it. Hero may cost Costello thinking this but Frost coming out and cashing in his promise to give VC his match against him. I am not sure where Miss Jessica fits in to that situation.
What plans did MJ cancel due to Frost being at Proving grounds last week? - I am not sure she really did. I think she will and is running rings round Frost. He seems a shrew businessman but not really a wrestling one.
I have another question.....
Whose contracts that MJ looked over that might have caused that grimace? As Frost said straight after, she has a lot of history with a lot of people. Is it hoping too much that Paul Mac might appear and bring back Lex Hart?

Who will progress to the semi finals?
Cerberus, O'Callaghan, Helms and really stuck on the last one but I'll go Jackson Jackson

Mike Hill
What does the future hold for Hero, will he earn a 6CW contract?
I'd assume so, even if it's just for a one off match due to the nature of him having a big name...depends if Hero is up for an actual comeback
What plans did MJ cancel due to Frost being at Proving grounds last week?
Honestly not sure as I know there's a lot going on at the moment so I'm stumped with this one

Yep agree I think you have it. I thought it would be Costello beating Helms originally, based on the story line between Costello and Hero. But a Helms v Jackson final would be good; definitely showcases the fed as going on a new fresh journey.
