Nope. I remember you arguing Navidi was a better player than Tipuric - which is classic. And talking of 'old' - 4 weeks v 4 years? Eesh...yeah...
Still my opinion that he is better than Tips through being way more consistent. Was Tips even playing today? I really didn’t notice him much but it goes back to earlier points I made; Tipuric seems to give a MOTM one weekend, and then be somewhat anonymous the next. Jiffy and Marty Williams seem to make a novelty of MOTM. They’d give it to Tips every week even though he’s not always deserving - there are certainly a few fans who buy into that.
I can think of one Welsh open-side who is the best on the pitch every time he plays. No, it isn’t Navidi or Tips.
No surprise. You don't really seem to understand much of the game. Your calls are about on par with the daff hat wearing casual fan tbh - just pick whoever does the flashy things as impressive, or rip in to whoever misses a tackle.
Didn’t take you long to revert to type, silly little fella. Now let’s consider you’ve been calling for an off-form Scott Williams to be called up and start, and also calls for an average and erratic 10 (Priestland) who hasn’t been in contention for years. You used to say Aled Davies and Tavis Knoyle were good players too. So all things considered, isn’t it a bit ironic to try and slate someone for a point of view when the proof is in the pudding? Unless you’re still watching matches with Turk-eye of course. Keep up the quality work chum, you won’t be lasting much longer on here.

Yeah, only thing The record books remember is the score and the trophy only shows the winner, nothing else.
And of course, eventually, no one will remember everything.
Humanity will move on. All rugby and its winners will be but a footnote of a sub folder in the great digital record that was human existence.
And then our sun will expire, ending its self-fuelling existence and providing a weather event that makes Hagibis look miniscule in comparison.
Then eventually, energy itself will become disparate, with galaxies colliding and consuming themselves; big, dark, all black holes consuming everything, all matter, pulling it down on the wrong side of the event horizon, killing all life and all potential future life as we know it.
And after that, when our oval shaped World goes spiralling in to touch on the full, and the Universe is just one big, atroophy filled expanse of blackness...
...no one will be there to remember anything.
That was nicely written, thank you

I’m afraid Wales could cop the backlash for the NZ loss. I’d expect the Crottys, Ben Smiths to come back to play their last tests and unfortunately we could have th3 team we should have played vs England. Might be preferred Read doesn’t play so he can get back to family but as captain, will lead them in his last match.
Our interest starts in the new coach, Foster now not a certainty after the loss. Robertson and even Gats come into the fray now.
Wonder if Jones is available? NZs now the only World Cup winning nation he hasn’t coached

Not sure you measure how much a team 'cares' by how useless its nation's broadcast media is...

We're going to need posession, clean posession in order to stand a chance. On recent form guys like Dillon Lewis just jeopardise that. If he could scrum he would be class. Carre has been nothing but good in his cameo's.

I’ve been arguing that we don’t want to play it, as fans. I’ve been arguing that it would be good for Wales to win, frankly I don’t care who wins. We’ve lost one of these before and won one, neither meant a thing.
Unfortunately the team will think they have to appease their fans, win back some faith and belief in themselves, and set Hansen off. All emotional rather than outcome based stuff.
They’ve not have lost back to back tests since 2009, Wales will cop the backlash, so I agree with that.
Who knows, what will be will be.

The Taylormen work in shifts and in pairs, one on research and one doing the posting. There's a 5-minute handover so that the next pair are up to speed on what's going on, sometimes if the forum is busy this doesn't go smoothly and they can end up arguing with the previous pair but generally they are well briefed as to what's going on and who needs rebuffing.

Tbf I thought Hansen and Foster were morphing in to the same person - perhaps they were just two iterations of the same man. Maybe it's a Kiwi thing - like McCaw; he's here, he's there, he's everywhere...oh no, wait, there's two of them. Same for the Taylormen.
England might have that soon enough with the two Curries - as long as Ben is a madras like his brother, and not a Korma.

Na, a phaal would be a red card liability. A vindaloo would be a penalty machine. A madras is on the right side of the law.

Its an unhealthy obsession of yours to worry about the timekeeping of others, though the deflecting from being able to handle a logical discussion is quite humerous. Though this one wouldnt get a laugh at your local coal mine comedy hour I'm guessing.

I wonder which team will be bothered, truly bothered if they win or not.
Both teams (especially New Zealand ) had high hopes both for different reasons of getting through to the final.
Wales because they have never reached/played in a final of the Rugby World Cup, and because it was the end of an era, Gatland's last chance with Wales.
New Zealand thought they would get through to the Final because they are World Champions and have won the last 2 Rugby World Cups.
Lets hope both teams keep their emotions in check and play a to the best of there abilities and make it a cracking game.

Plenty of reason for both sides to turn up for this one. Gatland would like to have an AB scalp to finally fill his cabinet before leaving - an opportunity he perhaps wasn't expecting originally when he contemplated who he might meet in a 3rd place shootout.
For Hansen, the taste of departure with two loses is too sour to contemplate. One is honourable...two in a row is shame on the house of AllBlacks.
Potentially more a rip roaring encounter than the final, but have Wales any juice left in the tank?

No-one really wants this game apart from the coaches (possibly). Could we not play Wales Fans v NZ Fans and give the players an early flight home?! 23 of each plucked from the bars and fan zones of Japan. That would be entertaining.

So we're back to legit players, dragged from the bars where they've been ensconced for a week drowning their sorrows? Looking forward to seeing a hungover Barrett and a still drunk AWJ join their sloshed pals for one last game.

I am not as anti Garces as some. I rate him as a ref that misses a lot, rather than misses a lot in Wales' opponents favour.

Terrible patter from the TV folks in NZ.
Thousands of fans wont get to watch their most sucessful coach signing off. A last applaud for Ben Smith, Sonny Bill, Whitelock!!!

Sounds like the NZ TV guys assumed they would be on the final, so had no plans to make the 3/4 playoff live on FTA. Now its too late to change the schedule
They don't get all games FTA like we do, so its not quite true that its not live because they don't care, its live on the channel it was always intended to be!

Enjoy Coronation Street.
Terrible patter from the TV folks in NZ.
Thousands of fans wont get to watch their most sucessful coach signing off. A last applaud for Ben Smith, Sonny Bill, Whitelock!!!
Shows how fickle sport can be. One minute you're a group of heroes, the next, a bunch of zeros!
And we both (Scotland and Ireland) got washed in that there detergent early!

Also worth noting - this is the last game of the ABs' season.
For Wales, they've all got a nice, long, hard season with the regions coming up...no Lions...no RWC prep...just a really great 12 month season culminating with a 2 test tour to NZ.

Just seen the team to face NZ, and i am very surprised Biggar on the bench.
Do they ( Wales) that is not trust Biggar too start for this vital game/last game for Gats?

Good to see that NZ are taking this game very seriously with their selection. Hope it’s a cracker with the pressure off both sides and the chance to give their fans something to cheer about.
