HE: No we’re not….here comes the Reaper…..WAIT, NO….WHAT ARE YOU DOING?

Tyler Roth has pulled himself up on the outside and is preparing to head back for the cage when he is suddenly handcuffed to the security railing….

JT: CHARLES KRAMER….I DON’T UNDERSTAND….HECK I DON’T CARE…..FINISH IT, JACK!

Charles Kramer and Tyler Roth share a staredown as Kramer backs away into the night. Roth is furious and is trying to rip the cuffs away…

JR: I don’t know what the hell we just saw but Charles Kramer just provided one hell of an assist….Roth is trapped…..Perfect Jack is on the cusp….

Jack drops down off the ladder and he looks around as the 6CW employees will him on and bang on the plexiglass. Jack then drags McManus from the wreckage of the tables and locks in the figure four…

JT: PERFECT JACK HAS WON WORLD TITLES WITH THIS MOVE……PERFECT JACK, PERFECT JACK……MY GOD HE DID….WE DID IT….6CW LIVES AND BREATHES ONCE MORE!

Ding ding ding

JR: Incredible, astonishing……what can you say….we may never seen anything like this ever again….Team Frost have pulled it off…..the Lawless takeover has been thwarted……6CW rises once more…

We get a shot of the Frost family celebrating and popping champagne in the backstage area before Miss Jessica is shown in floods of tears, shrieking and throwing a tantrum, before she launches a steel chair through the air at the TV. Back at ringside and Perfect Jack is having his arm raised by the referee….

Michael Bird: Ladies and gentlemen here are your winners……………….TEAM FROOOOSSSSTTTT!

JT: One of the most barbaric, brutal and chaotic matches I have ever witnessed in all my years in this industry….it ebbed and it flowed…..I don’t even know how to analyse half of what we just saw…..those eight men took years off of their careers in order to secure victory for their respective leaders…..but when it is all said and done, Team Frost are victorious and the Lawless twins are no more….

JR: 6CW has battled back from the brink……6WF, Genesis and now Team Lawless…..somehow this company just keeps on surviving…

*We go live on Sky Sports for the first edition of Proving Grounds for the new television deal. The commentary team welcome us to the show and we get a recap of the dramatic events that ended the Beachfront Brawl pay per view. Henry Lloyd is solemn that Jessica & Johnny Lawless have gone but Jeff Thadeus cuts him off and says he should be grateful that he’s still allowed to work here. The comms introduce the 1000 fans in attendance and say it is great to finally be able to have a live crowd and that they are in for a historic night in what is being billed as a new era for 6CW. “The Boss” then hits and Cillian Frost enters to a huge pop. Frost is all smiles, despite needing a walking stick, and heads straight for the ring. He leads the crowd in a”6C-Dub” chant before talking about how they overcame together and now it’s time to play once again. He says although the fans couldn’t be there he felt their support at Beachfront Brawl and that everything his team did was for them, to secure the future of this company for the Universe that has stood by them since day one.

Cillian Frost admits he made a mistake but he is determined to learn from it and those of his predecessors. He says maybe it is now apparent that no one individual is capable of running 6CW without their ego or self-interests playing a part in decision making. He talks about Miss Jessica, Alex Walker, John Liederman, Oliver Keane and many others who allowed corruption and bias to cloud their judgement but he does not want that to be how 6CW is remembered. He says he has thought long and hard about the direction of this company and after several meetings he believes he has a solution. He tells of how he has worked tirelessly to take 6CW to the next level and that began with securing the television deal that now makes them the biggest European wrestling promotion, prime time and soon to be a giant overseas once again. But because of that now is not the time for mistakes so he has set up the very first 6CW Council. A faceless entity to work behind the scenes and make decisions for the best of the company and its superstars. The 6CW Council will ensure that the best fight the best, that opportunities are given to everyone who earns them and that every single superstar on the roster has the chance to progress and become the pinnacle of this industry.

This is a clean slate, a fresh start and ground zero in a lot of cases. Frost says he will be a part of The Council, due to being the majority shareholder, but each and every decision will be put to a vote, the only motions passed being the ones that carry a majority so that personal decisions are eliminated. He says now is the time for 6CW to pull itself to the top of the mountain alongside the titans of combat sport. Frost says 6CW was there once before, it is where they belong, and he believes there will be nothing stopping them from doing it again. They have the best talent in the world with a new vision that does not end until a global takeover has been complete.

He says the first decision from the 6CW Council is the return of the Television Championship. Frost announces a battle royal next week on Proving Grounds to crown the new champion. The title will be defended at every show with a ten minute time limit, fifteen at pay per views, in order to maximise the entertainment value and guarantee that all competitors give their absolute all knowing that the clock is ticking. Frost sends out a message to the roster that some of the all-time greats of 6CW have won the TV Championship so whether you’re in the back thinking you are a main event talent or someone down on their luck….this could be your chance to kickstart your career.

He says that tonight will be the last night that he carries a sway with what happens so he’d like to welcome the four men out that made this all possible. Perfect Jack, Dicey Reilly, Dante Phoenix and finally Marty Helms enter. Frost says he wants to personally thank them. He knows it was tough and a lot of the time they didn’t see eye to eye but when it mattered they put their differences aside for the greater good. He tells them that 6CW owes them a great debt, he owes them a great debt, and although he may never be able to fully repay them he hopes that tonight’s main event will go some way to showing his appreciation. Frost tells them that one of them will be the number one contender to the 6CW Championship and will challenge for the title at Born in Fire. Frost tells them that any one of them would be a great ambassador for the company after what they have achieved.

Frost says he is proud of them all and he knows that they will put on one hell of a main event as they usher in this new chapter. Perfect Jack requests his own mic and he says he appreciates Frost’s words but he also wants to thank the boss for showing faith in him, in all of them, to carry the burden and protect 6CW from outside threats. Jack says he has always answered the call for this company and he always will. He says he knows it is back to every man for themselves now because he knows they all have the same ambitions but he wants his cohorts to know that he will always respect them and consider them “brothers in arms”. He says may the best man win and then offers a hand to the middle. Dante Phoenix walks forward and places his hand on Jack’s and then Dicey Reilly does the same. All three turn toward Helms and after a pause he makes his way forward. Cillian Frost is standing to the side and looks pleased as Helms puts his hand forward but then he draws back and headbutts Dicey Reilly between the eyes, immediately dropping him. Helms storms forward and manages to land a punch on Dicey as he sprawls against the ropes before PJ waistlocks Helms from behind and launches him across the canvass. Helms quickly retreats from the ring and snarls back as PJ, Frost and Phoenix check on Reilly. Dicey’s nose is busted but he looks more angry than anything as he stares out at Helms.

The commentary team talk about how Dicey & Helms was a ticking timebomb waiting to go off and now it has, they predict fireworks for the main event.

*Charles Kramer is watching Cillian Frost's announcement on a monitor in the back and his grip can be seen tightening on his cane as it is announced that the 6CW Council will now run the show. Kramer senses a presence behind him and turns to find himself face to face with Tyler Roth. Roth tells Kramer not to worry because he isn't going to harm him for what happened at Beachfront Brawl, he just finds it amusing that Kramer sold out to Frost believing he would be made General Manager but he got played. CK fires back that he's surprised to see Roth at the arena, he assumed he'd of left after the loss at the PPV but Roth assures The Consultant that he is a huge commodity and Cillian Frost has paid him to stay, Roth asks about Johnny Oko, hinting that their paths crossed in Japan, and then all the colour drains as Roth refers to him as "Korekuta" and smirks before leaving. Roth and Karl Kramer glare one another down as they cross paths and then KK asks his uncle what is up. CK regains his composure and says they may have hit a roadblock but the plan remains the same. Tonight they can can right the wrongs of Beachfront Brawl to get back on track

*Liam Wood is with Fleur Michaels and he is in a foul mood. Wood has no problem with not picking up a W when he's beaten by the better man but he knows Reborn isn't better than him and he's nothing more than a coward who can't get the job done alone. Wood says he should be standing there as UK Champion and whoever leaves tonight with the title better grow eyes in the back of their head and keep an antidote on them at all times because the Viper is coming.

*Dicey Reilly is having his nose examined by a doctor in the backstage area and it is revealed it isn't broken, just badly bruised. Reilly wants to find Helms and get even but then Perfect Jack walks in. PJ apologises for not reacting sooner and seeing what Helms was going to do but Reilly said nobody can predict Helms' actions, something he said all along. Jack asks the doctor if Dicey is ok but Reilly sees red and tells PJ to drop the nice guy act, they don't need to be friends anymore. Reilly says Jack can rest assured he'll be ready for the main event and PJ fires back that he's glad to hear it, he wants no excuses when he wins which brings a grin from Dicey. Jack tells Dicey that he's glad he is ok and he'll see him out there. Jack leaves and Dicey punches the wall, bloodying his hand

Dave Law-Abe changing his game plan you would think. Do it Abe!

Abe picks up JJ and sets him up for a Derg Valley Driver(Spike Piledriver) but pauses for a moment and JJ drops to his knees and low blows Abe. JJ sets Abe up for the V.I.P. Experience(Sit down tombstone piledriver) and executes it through the table. Both men are down again

Crowd-6WF! 6WF! 6WF! 6WF!

JJ rolls out of the wreckage and climbs into the ring. He crawls over to the ladder and pushes it upright before opening it and JJ begins to climb the ladder. The camera shows Abe Abercorn who hasnt moved. JJ gets to the top of the ladder just as Abe is stirring and JJ pulls on the titles with the European title coming away JJ falls off the ladder to the mat

Dave Law-JJ did it RJ

be holds his head in his hands on the outside as he rolls into the ring. The referee takes the title away from JJ and you can hear him explaining you need to get both titles. Abe hears this and picks up JJ putting him in his own Anklelock. Abe looks a man pocessed as two referees the structure is lowered and the European title is placed next to the Internet one. Abe pushes the referee out of the way and begin to climb the ladder but JJ again gets to his feet and powerbombs Abe

Dave Law-Whats it goin to take RJ?

JJ gets up and sets the ladder up on the floor before lifting Abe up. Abe suddenly lifts JJ up for a Country Roads(Angle slam) on the ladder before setting JJ up on the ladder and crawling to the corner and climbing the ropes

RJ-What next?

Abe steadys himself on the top rope and comes off with the Ulster Fly(Savage Elbow) onto JJ on the ladder. JJ rolls out of the ring in pain as Abe sets up the ladder. Abe climbs rung by rung as JJ picks himself up off the floor on the outside. Abe reaches the top and unhooks his European title before pulling the Internet title off as JJ gets in the ring and slumps to the mat. Abe having won the match just about collapses falling down the ladder

The crowd give a standing ovation as both men lie on the mat. The referee raises Abes hand as JJ drags himself up to his feet. Abe clings onto his European title as JJ picks up the Internet title. Abe stands up with both men drenched in sweat and JJ walks over to Abe as Abe gets his fists up. JJ looks down at the Internet title in his hands before placing it on Abes shoulder

JJ raises Abes hand before they hug and JJ steps through the ropes to the back. Abe Abercorn climbs the ladder one last time before holding a title up in each hand as cameras go off again all around the 02 Arena

James McManus vs Liam Wood

• Proving Grounds returns with James McManus shown in the ring, he's taped up at the ribs and sporting cuts on his face as a result of the War Games Match. "Revival Mode" is blaring out around the arena as Liam Wood makes his way to the ring.

• McManus goes for a quick kick start, booting Wood in the gut at the lock-up and going for River Wensum Plunge but Wood drops down the back, he then cracks a superkick into the back of McManus' head.

• Wood proceeds to dominate the next portion of the contest, man-handling McManus with a variety of suplexes and scoring a couple of near falls as the commentators talk up Wood's hunting down of the 6CW UK Championship.

• After taking control with power, Wood switches to strike attacks, scoring a series of close falls through attacks such as the Helluva Kick, a Superkick to the knee followed by one to the chin and then a running big boot following a pop-up powerbomb.

• Liam Wood throws McManus into the ropes, looking to finish things with The World Eater buts McManus counters with an arm drag as he falls back down from the bench press. Wood rolls up and walks straight into a McManus spinebuster.

• McManus looks to reassert himself into the contest, he grounds Wood for a while with a sleeper hold and follows that up with a backbreaker/neckbreaker combo for a pin attempt that Wood kicks out of.

• The Norwich Native takes things to the corner, Irish whipping Wood into the turnbuckles, hitting a big boot followed by a knee trembler for a close call on the pin. McManus stands over Wood, waiting for him to rise...

JT: McManus looking to finish it...

JR: He's hardly been in the contest, MK ULTRA...

HL: Back body drop!

Wood counters with a back body drop. McManus rolls to his feet, Wood knocks him down with a clothesline. McManus stumbles up, Wood boots him in the gut and nails a gutwrench powerbomb. He hooks the leg.

Ref: 1...........................2...............Kick out!

Liam Wood goes on the attack with a ground and pound offence on McManus, breaking at the referee's count. Wood hauls him to his feet, slinging McManus over his shoulders and nailing a running powerslam. He then picks up McManus, nailing a backbreaker across the knee. Cover.

Ref: 1...............................2....................Kick out!

JR: Liam Wood has been very impressive here this evening, dominating this contest from the outset.

HL: McManus seems to be struggling with the after effects of the War Games match.

McManus kicks out. Liam Wood lets him rise, he grabs McManus by the throat and driving him down with a chokeslam backbreaker. He hooks the leg.

Ref: 1.............................2....................Kick out!

Liam Wood hauls up McManus, he knees him in the stomach and then nails the Lungblower. He doesn't cover, rolling McManus onto his front and going to the top rope...

JT; PSYCHO CRUSHER!

JR: Still no cover!

Instead of covering, Liam Wood locks in the Viper Lock on McManus, applying the full nelson hold on a grounded McManus before kneeling down across the back in a Camel Clutch position. McManus yells out in pain, he tries to use his knees to crawl towards the ropes but is too weak, Wood drags him back to the middle of the ring and wrenches back on the hold even further...

HL: AND THERE'S THE TAP OUT!

Ding, Ding, Ding!

JT: Liam Wood gets the win here this evening!

JR: Hugely impressive from Liam Wood, he utterly dominated James McManus and I think sent a message with that submission finisher, showing off a different side to his offensive weapons.

HL: We know Wood is desperate to grab that UK Title and that was certainly a statement of intent from the veteran competitor.

*Ricky Nelson and Mike Hill are watching James McManus taking his beating from Wood and Nelson is loudly complaining about how members of Team Lawless are being unfairly treated. Cillian Frost enters the scene with a smile and says he wants Nelson to know there are no hard feelings and he's pleased that he, McManus, Phillips and Roth are still part of the 6CW roster. Frost meant what he said about the "clean slate" and hopes Nelson is recovering well after what happened to him during War Games. Frost looks ready to leave but then informs Nelson he has a match to get ready for. Nelson complains and says he isn't on the card but Frost says he is definitely in action and if Mike Hill interferes then they'll both be sacked. Frost smiles and wishes Nelson luck before leaving. Hill looks horrified and Nelson furious

*The 6CW Championship comes into focus and then we see Marshall Murdoch getting ready for the upcoming tag match. Clarke James enters and he jokes around with Marshall, Zakky Spencer and Vlad as they reminisce on the old days. CJ continues to joke around when Marshall seems a little irritated and tells him to get his game face on because living in a past that no longer exists isn't going to win matches. Marshall tells CJ the sharks are circling and he has a permanent bulls' eye on his back so he doesn't have time to joke around. CJ looks a little hurt but then apologises and tells Marshall he has his back so there is nothing to worry about. CJ promises that Crime Lord & Kramer haven't got a hope of getting anywhere near the world title and that he's proud to be able to team with Marshall again, the band finally back together. CJ says he'll leave Marsh to get ready and leaves the champion looking a little sorry for his outburst

*The Wolf Gang deliver a message to 6CW as Robin Reborn stands on a podium with the UK Championship resting next to the mic. Reborn tells the listeners that Beachfront Brawl was just the very beginning and every movement has its Genesis point. Their voices are going to be heard whether you try to mute the screen or not. Finally they have nationwide coverage and the new television deal 6CW has signed means finally you will have to open your eyes and witness what you have been hiding from your entire privileged life. Reborn promises that tonight he will deliver his most powerful statement to date.

Nemesis shouts at the referee to check Hobo and he lifts his arm once and it drops.....................twice and it drops.........................and a third time the arm is lifted but Hobo somehow holds it up

Crowd-Lets go Ho-bo! (clap x 5) Lets go Ho-bo (clap x 5)

Hobo begins to stir and make his way to one knee before standing up and hitting a jawbreaker. Hobo runs the ropes but as he comes back Nemesis hits a Clothesline from Hell 1...2.......Shoulder up!

Nemesis lifts Hobo up for a Running Powerslam but Hobo slips over the back before connecting with a Spike Piledriver

Nemesis senses whats coming and elbows Hobo in the jaw with the point of his elbow twice forcing Hobo to break. Hobo hits a Hobo Handshake(Poke to eye) before ramming Nemesis's back into the corner. Hobo hits a Bums Rush(Backside first splash) as Nemesis hits the mat. Hobo looks at Nemesis before climbing the ropes

Hobo steadys himself on the top rope as Nemesis stands and Hobo hits a Crossbody but Nemesis has hung on and hoist him up for a Death Wish

Nemesis leans in the corner in a state of shock before looking at Dave Law. Nemesis rolls out of the ring and pushes the timekeepers aside before grabbing a chair

RJ-Nemesis is out of ideas. Hes going to get himself disqualified

Nemesis rolls into the ring with the chair and stalks Hobo. Hobo pulls himself up on the corner turnbuckle and Nemesis charges but Hobo gets a boot up sending the chair into Nemesis's face.The monster rocks back as the chair hits the mat.Hobo grabs Nemesis around the waist into a Bear Hug and turns it into the Hobo Cuddle(Bear Hug into Sidewalk Slam) on the chair 1.....2..........3!

RJ-He did it!

The timekeeper rings the bell

Ring Announcer-The winner of the match and NEW TAW WORLD CHAMPION HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOBO!

The crowd erupts as Hobo sits up and is presented the World Title

Hobo seems mesmerised as Enforcer,The Producers,Trish Stratus and Belinda make their way into the ring.Enforcer looks down on Hobo before putting his hand out and pulling him up to his feet as they hug. Hobo starts jumping up and down celebrating as he gains what must be a tenth wind before looking at The Producers who have tears in their eyes and he hugs them. Nemesis has rolled out of the ring and looks back at Hobo before turning around and walking to the back

Dave Law-Even iv got to give it to him RJ that was a career changing performance

Trish and Belinda hug Hobo as suddenly JJ Johnson is in the ring. Hobo looks at JJ who puts his fist out as he and Hobo touch knuckles. Uryu and Rock v2 are in the ring and congratulate Hobo as the New Internet and still European Champion Abe Abercorn shows his respect. Leroy Smith is in the ring as is Phoenix Rose. Suddenly Rasta and Killer lift Hobo up on their shoulders as Hobo wraps the TAW Title around his waist. Acer and Hero come out with EZ Money not far behind. Everyone wants to pay their respects as Hobo still up on Rasta and Killers shoulders looks around

RJ-Dave it brings a tear to the eye

Hobo suddenly looks at the top of the ramp as Diablo is standing their with a tear in his eye. Diablo pats his chest as Hobo nods and smiles

Ricky Nelson vs ???

*Ricky Nelson enters the arena alone and looks concerned. Henry Lloyd is on comms talking about how Nelson is being mistreated but Jeff Thadeus fires back that he is lucky to still have a job after being part of the coup to overthrow the establishment. The crowd jeer Nelson and we get a shot of Mike Hill watching from the backstage area, biting his nails

*There are cheers and all the colour drains from Nelson’s face as Ojore marches out onto the stage with Drake by his side. Ojore flexes his huge neck and shoulder muscles as he heads for the ring and climbs inside

*Nelson tries to reason with Ojore but eats a huge headbutt for his troubles, immediately dropping him. Henry Lloyd talks about how Nelson is in no position to compete after what happened to him at Beachfront Brawl but nobody else seems concerned for his wellbeing.

*Ojore whips Nelson off the ropes and then pushes him high into the air on the comeback, leaving him to slam down into the canvass in a heap. Ojore then whips Nelson off the ropes and flips him inside out with a brutal clothesline.

*The referee asks Nelson if he wants to give it up but he beckons for Ojore to bring it on and then runs straight into a crushing Samoan drop. Drake is looking amused from ringside as Ojore drops a huge leg across Nelson’s throat before stopping the count at two.

*Ojore drags Nelson up again and whips him off the ropes. He lowers his head for a backdrop but Nelson flips over him (ala RVD) and then springboards off the ropes but flies back into a sickening headbutt straight to the chest, driving all the wind from him. Ojore presses Nelson over his head before slamming him back down onto the canvass.

*Ojore bounces off the ropes and returns for a huge splash but Nelson avoids it. He scurries for the ropes and climbs up. Ojore gets up and Nelson hits him with a missile dropkick but the big man doesn’t go down. Nelson runs the ropes again but heads straight into Ojore’s clutches before an overhead belly to belly suplex slams him, upside down, against the turnbuckle

JT: This has been nothing short of torturous for Ricky Nelson and I have enjoyed it immensely…

HE: You’re sick….you, Frost, the 6CW Universe….Ricky Nelson does not deserve this…

JT: You’re right, he doesn’t deserve a job here…..but Cillian Frost has handed him a lifeline and he should be grateful…

HE: Grateful? For this? He’s being destroyed…

JR: Some would argue that this is Nelson’s punishment and he should take it….

Nelson is clutching at his back and it is clear he is in all kinds of pain as he tries to get up. Ojore seems to be enjoying his struggle and then he scoops Nelson on his shoulders….

JT: BONFIRE….Thanks for coming, Ricky Nelson….

JR: Oh I don’t think Ojore is done just yet…

Ojore crushes Nelson into the mat with the inverted death valley driver but then draws back as the referee kneels down to make the count. Ojore shakes his head, confusing the official, and then he pulls the limp form of Nelson toward him…

JR: Insult to injury now….Ojore calls this the “Crawl”….

JT: He won’t even be able to do that after this….

Ojore applies the body-cracking submission and Nelson immediately makes it clear that he wants to give up, prompting the referee to call for the bell. Ojore keeps the hold applied for a good ten seconds after the bell before releasing….

JR: I’d said that may be lesson learned for Ricky Nelson….

JT: He brought it upon himself….maybe he’ll think twice about opposing the company that pays his wages ever again…

Ojore finally releases the submission and stands as Nelson lays, slumped, at his feet. Ojore lets out a roar and raises his hands…

JR: Dominant, dominant display there from Ojore….I know Nelson wasn’t at the races, completely unprepared but Ojore showed what he is all about…..that’s the man that dominated the former Xtreme division….

JT: And in that mood he’s a big problem….

HE: And you wonder why I keep telling you that nobody is prepared for the rise of the Wolf Gang?

JR: Ricky Nelson will want to forget this day in a hurry……

JT: YOU’RE NOT WRONG!

The referee tries to plead to a better nature as Drake climbs up into the ring to join his teammate but Ojore scares him off. The “Ugandan Nightmare” then hooks his hands under Nelson’s arms and drags him, with no resistance offered…Ojore then rips him off the floor in a full nelson and releases him in midair as Drake sprints over and dismantles him with a spear whilst in flight…

JR: That was a goddamn car crash…Ricky Nelson has been obliterated here at Proving Grounds…..he is a broken mess…

JT: I’d say Cillian Frost has got exactly what he wanted here…..rough justice is served….

Nelson is unmoving on the canvass as Drake and Ojore smirk down at him and then leave the ring. The referee returns to check on Nelson’s condition as the action goes backstage.

*We see Dante Phoenix walking down the corridors of the arena whilst being congratulated and thanked by many of the crew members. Dante is all smiles at first but it is clear that he is beginning to zone out, becoming sweaty and unsteady on his feet. He dips at the knees at one point and then slips off into the bathroom where we see him collapse on the floor. Phoenix is sat on the floor underneath the sink and seems to be struggling with the voices inside of his head as the laughter returns. Dante is clinging to the side of his head and begging for it to stop but then his eyes change to all white and he grins maniacally to end the scene.

*Cillian Frost is stopped by Christy James for an interview. Frost says he is proud to usher in this new era for 6CW and of what his team achieved at Beachfront Brawl. He believes this is the beginning of something special for this company but Christy wonders whether it is wise to appoint a Council to oversee rather than a figurehead to exercise control. Frost tries to reassure her that he'll be popping in and out from time to time but he just feels like 6CW needs the change because the route they have chosen in the past always seems to lead to the same conflict and he wants to avoid that. He says the business deals that have been secured are to ensure 6CW can grow into a global brand once more.

*Clarke James is getting a drink when he looks up to see Charles and Karl Kramer on their way to ringside. CJ makes a quip and KK looks ready to start the fight there and then but his uncle stops him. Charles asks CJ what it feels like to be Marshall's get out of jail card and nothing else. He taunts CJ about not being Marshall's equal and how he's moved from Hero's shadow to Marshall's lackey and calls him pathetic. The Consultant says they all know Marshall wouldn't be 6CW Champion if it wasn't for Clarke and he wonders where the gratitude is. CJ regains himself and reminds the Kramers what happened at Beachfront Brawl before promising a repeat tonight. He calls Marshall his brother and that he'd do anything for "family" before asking KK if he really believes his uncle would do the same for him and then walks away.

*Mike Hill is waiting by the curtain as Ricky Nelson stumbles through looking beat up. Hill helps his protege and Nelson can be heard muttering about how he is going to make Cillian Frost and 6CW rue the day they screwed him over. A voice tells Nelson to "suck it up" and he asks "who the hell are you?" before being told "I'm Finlay and I looovvee to fight". Mike Hill looks stunned to see the veteran 6WF star, the crowd inside can be heard cheering, but then Jimmy Phillips attacks Finlay from behind and brutalises him. Phillips drags him up and smashes his head straight through the television screen before dropping into a full mount and destroys him with punches and forearms until security can intervene. Phillips tries to fight them off, looking thunderous, before telling Nelson & Hill "Nobody is stealing our spotlight, especially these has-been pieces of (beep)". Phillips walks off as Hill rounds on Nelson and says next week they make their own statement

RJ:Oh come on!...A Barbed Wire Board....someone needs to step in here!

The crowd gasp as Crime Lord slides the barbed wire board into the ring,he climbs up in and kicks GDC in the ribs forcing him to the corner,he then takes the trash can and plants it into the corner between the ropes and walks back towards Campbell.He takes the challenger by the arm and whips him across the ring....

DL:OH SNAP!

Campbell seems as though he has collided with the trash can and he resides in the corner,Crime Lord charges in with a flying shoulder thrust but GDC is playing possum and moves as Crime Lord's head and shoulder slam through the trash can...the crowd cheer as the crimson masked GDC staggers across the ring and dives for the steel chair...

RJ:Hardcore rules...they certainly do!

CRACK!...GDC levels the champion with a massive shot to the head and he crumples to the floor,GDC looks down and then drops and hooks the leg

Crowd:ONE....................TWO....................THREE!

DL:It doesnt matter what you count losers....there is no ref!

Triple D is slowly walking to the ring holding the back of his head,GDC is yelling at him to hurry up but Triple D seems to not hear,he gets to the ring and slowly rolls in before making the count.............1..........................2...............

RJ:New champion!

DL:No there isnt!

Triple D stops on two and feels the back of head,the crowd boo and GDC looks up with a look of pure anger on his face as Triple D stands up

RJ:What the hell is this?.....Triple D is suppose to be an impartial official

DL:He's syndacite baby!

GDC slowly gets to his feet and he moves closer to Triple D and grabs him by the front of his top,Triple D grabs his hands and pushes GDC off him and points at the referee's badge on his top...

RJ:Oh and now a low-blow from Crime Lord...this just gets better!

The Hardcore Champion low-blows GDC from behind and he falls to the ground,Triple D offers his hand and he pulls Crime Lord to his feet,there is crimson trickling down Crime Lord's head now as he grins at Triple D and then he hugs him

DL:Beautiful....what a beautiful sight for the biggest stage of the year,

RJ:This makes me sick...this is crude

Crime Lord staggers across the ring and he pulls the barbed wire board towards the centre of the ring,GDC is barely moving as Crime Lord stomps his feet and waits for GDC to reach his feet...

RJ:Oh what now?...This could be all over,Id prefer a fast count to this!

DL:Haha so would GDC!

Crime Lord stands and he takes GDC by the arm and hauls him onto his shoulders,he backs towards the barbed wire and he looks out at the fans and smiles...

DL:LOCK N LOAD!

RJ:

DL:OH MY GOD...

Crowd:

GDC falls down off the back of Crime Lord and kicks him right between the legs,Crime Lord sways and his head drops as Triple D runs across and fame-ass-ers him right into the barbed wire board...Crime Lord screams in pain as he pulls free and tries to get to his feet,crimson sprays everywhere as GDC runs off the ropes....

RJ:HIGHLAND HELL

RJ:MY god he's done it!

"Numb" roars out to the sold-out O2 Arena and every last fan gets to their feet as GDC kneels in the ring,crimson pours from his head and arm,all across his chest as the lights are on bright,he seems exhausted but is shaking from his accomplishment,he looks up and Duke Dylan stands there holding the Hardcore Championship!

RJ:He did it...Grant Daniel Campbell has realised his dream tonight and with a little help from Debadguy,he is our brand new Hardcore Champion...after the long road,after all the run-ins,beatdowns...blindsides...He has conquered his demons...he did it folks!

Triple D pulls Campbell up and then raises his arm into the air as the fans cheer louder and pyros explode from the rampway,Triple D smirks at GDC and then backs off towards the ropes and makes a gesture as if to say..."Its your stage"

DL:What a sell-out,Triple D could have had it all in the Syndacite but he has turned his back and commited the ultimate betrayal...my lord I would not want to be him when Crimey is back on his feet

RJ:Triple D has nothing to fear...he has done the hardest part and if Crime Lord wants to come looking then im sure Duke Dylan will be right there waiting for him!

Triple D backs up the ramp nodding his head and GDC celebrates in the ring with the Hardcore Title,the crowd cheer loud for the new champion and the special referee,he turns his back and walks backstage

Clarke James/Marshall Murdoch vs Crime Lord/Karl Kramer

• Crime Lord is shown stood in the ring as "O Fortuna" is playing around the arena and Karl Kramer is making his way down to the ring with Charles Kramer in tow. He steps into the ring and stares at Crime Lord who is glaring back intensely, as the commentators discuss Crime Lord's interference in the World Title Match at Beachfront Brawl.

• "Blind Faith" plays out through the speakers as Clarke James walks down the ramp, he then waits at the bottom of the stage as "Papercut" hits and the 6CW World Champion Marshall Murdoch makes his way out. He and James touch elbows before entering the ring as James' save at Beachfront Brawl is played up by the commentators.

• There's some debate between Crime Lord and Karl Kramer as to who starts the match off, Clarke James takes advantage of that, sprinting over and hitting a double dropkick. He and Marshall pick up Kramer, dumping him out of the ring before Murdoch goes to the apron and James starts off the match official against Crime Lord.

• James takes control of the early proceedings after his dropkick on Crime Lord, he has a couple of close early pinfalls with an atomic drop/spinning heel kick combo and then a tilt-a-whirl neckbreaker.

• James brings Murdoch into the contest and they proceed to roll the years back with some eye-catching double team offence reminiscent of their prime. They finish this with a backbreaker/flying leg drop combination before James is forced out of the ring.

• Marshall continues his team's domination of the contest, keeping Crime Lord away from his team-mate with a series of suplexes ala Tazz, his closest pinfall comes with the American Suplex bridging into a pin that Crime Lord kicks out of. Marshall brings James back into the contest after a sidewalk slam.

• James goes to the top rope and goes for a corkscrew senton but Crime Lord gets the knees up to the back. Crime Lord uses this as an opening and begins to take out some frustration on James after his slow start, dominating him with his power advantage.

• Crime Lord throws James around, scoring pinfall attempts with a belly to belly suplex, a spinebuster and then finally a big boot. After the latest kick out, James is thrown to the corner where Crimey hits a stinger splash but Kramer blind tags in, much to the disdain of his partner.

• Kramer continues his team's domination using a similar approach to Crime Lord, with further close pinfalls following a powerslam and then a succession of scoop slams followed up with a running splash as Marshall watches on frustrated from the outside.

• Kramer changes tact, taking the attack to James with a series of headbutts followed by a big elbow smash on the rebound. Kramer steps back to the corner, Crime Lord goes for the corner but Charles Kramer is quick to make Karl aware and he steps forward to avoid the tag. He and Crime Lord have a terse exchange, allowing James to sneak in and roll up Kramer. He kicks out, they both rise, Kramer swings wildly and James ducks before scooping him onto his shoulders and nailing a Samoan Drop!

JT: TAG TO MARSHALL!

Murdoch springboards into the ring, Kramer rolls up and Marshall takes him down with a clothesline. His recent rival rolls up, Murdoch leaps into the air and connects with a dropkick. Crime Lord steps into the ring, Murdoch meets him with a roundhouse kick to the head.
Crime Lord stumbles back into the ropes, Marshall sprints in and sends Crime Lord down to the outside. Murdoch looks at Clarke James, he steps into the ring, the duo run the ropes and connect with a double suicide dive.

JR: VINTAGE MURDOCH AND JAMES!

HL: The magic is still there.

Murdoch and James smile at each other, Murdoch then looks to the announce table and James grins again. The duo clear the table and Murdoch then lifts Crime Lord onto his shoulders as Clarke James goes to the top rope...

JT: DOOMSDAY DEVICE THROUGH THE TABLE!

James rolls away as Crime Lord lays in the wreckage of the table. Murdoch rolls back into the ring where Kramer is there to meet him with a huge running crossbody block. He covers.

Ref:1 ..........................2................Kick out!

JR: They may have taken out Crime Lord but this has opened up an opportunity for Karl Kramer.

Karl Kramer drags up Marshall, he again fires in some stiff shots to the body. He slings Murdoch over his shoulders before walking towards the ropes and then dropping Marshall down abdomen-first onto the top rope.

Murdoch is then dragged down from the ropes by Kramer, who lifts him into the air and delivers a gutwrench slam on the former COH man. He covers.

Ref: 1........................2...........Kick out!

Karl Kramer allows Marshall Murdoch to his feet before firing in some stiff elbow strikes to the head, followed by some big right hands to the body. Karl Kramer launches Murdoch into the ropes, he rebounds off the ropes and Kramer lifts him into the air and drives Murdoch down into the canvas with a sidewalk slam. Kramer then bounces off the ropes and hits a big splash down onto Murdoch. Kramer hooks the leg.

Ref: 1................................2...............Kick out!

The World champ forces the shoulder up. Kramer drags him up to a vertical base and then launches Murdoch into the ropes...

JT: KARNAGE!

JR: THAT COULD BE IT!

HL: A HUGE WIN INCOMING...

Ref: 1......................................2.................................Kick out!

Murdoch forces the shoulder up just in time. Kramer is undeterred, he steps back to the corner and waits...

HL: It might be time for Murdoch to KISS THE RIN...

JT: CLARKE JAMES!

JR: OUT OF NOWHERE! JAMES TOOK THE SUPERMAN PUNCH FOR MURDOCH!

JT: What a team-mate, James took the bullet for Murdoch.

Kramer stands looking at the grounded James, who pushed Marshall out of the way at the last minute. Kramer turns around...

JR: MARSHALL LAW!

JT: Marshall taking advantage of the opening created by James' sacrifice.

Ref: 1..............................................2...............................................3!

Ding, Ding, Ding!

JT: And that was enough to secure the win for Murdoch and James.

JR: A hard-hitting, tough contest between four of the best that 6CW has to offer but ultimately it was the champions instinct of Marshall Murdoch that secured the win for his team.

HL: Our world champion just keeps on getting wins, it looked for all the world like Kramer was about to secure himself a huge win.

JT: Until Clarke James stepped in front of his former Church of Hero brethren to take the superman punch, allowing enough time for Murdoch to recuperate and nail the Marshall law for the win.

JR: James has certainly been a tremendous aid to Murdoch since his return, he really has his back.

*Tyler Roth is taking a cup of coffee from the canteen when he turns and has it knocked into him, forcing a roar of anger. Jackson Jackson turns out to be the one who bumped Roth and he mockingly apologies. Roth gets up in Jackson's face and threatens him but Jackson stands his ground and tells Roth that everyone else may be afraid of him but he isn't and if he needs a reality check then just say the word. Roth laughs at Jackson's bravado and tells him that he may have been a big deal for about five minutes but this company has grown since then and he is a forgotten man. Roth doesn't even believe anyone will miss Jackson when he goes missing. Jackson tells Roth he's right there and Roth says "for now" before barging him and walks off.

Timothy Allen catches up with Jimmy Phillips and wants to ask about the attack on Finlay following what happened at Beachfront Brawl. Phillips is full of aggression and tells Allen that he was already on a path of destruction before the whole Team Lawless saga and now he's rediscovered his calling in life and that is to cull the unworthy, attention-seeking, spot-light stealing stars of the past. Phillips is the voice and the wrath of the new era and he's tired of having his chances taken away so that some nobody from back then can get a cheap pop. Phillips vows that he will spill as much blood as it takes to make sure the spotlight shines on the present and the future.

*Christy James is waiting outside Uryu's locker-room to catch a word with him before his re-match with Reborn. Uryu admits he is in a contemplative mood after his defeat at Beachfront Brawl knowing that he gave it his absolute and it still wasn't enough. He says tonight it is just he and Reborn so maybe, just maybe, he can turn it back and regain the most important championship he has held in his career. Christy looks concerned for Uryu as he tells her it is all or nothing tonight because the title gave him purpose and without it he isn't sure what direction to take.

*We see James McManus hobbling back to his locker-room and finds that all the lights are out. A voice speaks to him from the darkness "Hello old friend, I think it's time to talk". McManus closes the door

JJ Johnson (c) vs Hero vs River Ace

Hero cries out in a mixture of pain and fatigue, JJ drags himself to the turnbuckle and hits a right hand to Hero, JJ climbs up looking for a superplex, when River begins to get to his feet too! River is dazed, and picks up the TAW Title, River clocks JJ across the side of the head with the TAW Belt and JJ falls from the turnbuckle to the outside floor! Hero sits on the turnbuckle and kicks River in the head, as River stumbles back, Hero jumps off and hits a dropkick to River!

Hero crawls over to River and covers, one, two, thr-kickout by River. Hero gets up and sets River up for the Canadian Destroyer, and it hits! Hero covers, one, two, River gets his leg on the bottom rope!

RJ: Ever get the feeling it isn't your night?!

DL: Come on Hero, don't give up!

Hero is gutted, and he grabs River and sets up for another Canadian Destroyer! The crowd are pumped, and Hero nails the Canadian Destroyer a second time to River! Hero drags River towards the middle of the ring, but doesn't pin, instead Hero goes to the turnbuckle and climbs up, he stares at River and gets to the top!

DL: Shooting Star Press! Hey...

JJ Johnson climbs up onto the apron and shoves Hero off the top to the outside! The crowd get to their feet as JJ looks around and climbs up to the top turnbuckle, River is still motionless in the ring, JJ hits an amazing Shooting Star Press, and it connects, he covers and the crowd counts along, one, two, three!

RJ: And it's over! What athleticism from JJ Johnson!

DL: How Hero didn't win i'll never know...

Michael Buffer: Ladies and Gentlemen, here is your winner, from Compton, Los Angeles USA, STILL your TAW Champion, JJ Johnson!

JJ Johnson is slumped in the corner as the referee hands him the TAW Title, he is exhausted and the fans are chanting his name, JJ slowly gets to his feet as the camera shows the wreckage of the crushed stretcher, the collapsed announce table and both River and Hero down slowly getting up, River sits up in the corner and realises what happened, he looks upset but nods in respect to JJ who nods back, JJ looks at Hero who looks disgusted at JJ and storms off to the back, still favouring his ribs. JJ climbs the turnbuckle and holds up the TAW Title!

RJ: What a performance from all three of these guys, they all wanted it and they all gave it everything they had, but in the end it just wasn't to be for Hero or River Ace.

DL: I often criticise JJ Johnson, but I don't think you can deny whoever won this match deserved to win it! Even if JJ resorted to pushing Hero off the turnbuckle to steal the pinfall...

RJ: Well regardless, that man, JJ Johnson is still our TAW Champion, what a night this has been, thank you for tuning in to Born in Fire III, and we'll be back on Lockdown.

The camera fades shows JJ holding up the TAW Title with Gold confetti falling from the roof, and the fans chanting "JJ" over and over...

Michael Bird: Ladies and gentlemen the following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the 6CW United Kingdom Championship!

*The cheers ring out from inside the arena

JR: It feels so good to hear a live crowd once more…..just adds that extra dimension….

JT: Damn right it does, the 6CW Universe are what makes this company tick and we are so thankful to have fans back in the building…..especially for moments like this, first championship match of this new era of 6CW…

HE: I don’t see the point in this….Robin Reborn proved at Beachfront Brawl that he is superior to Uryu Ishida…

JR: Uryu was granted a re-match due to being the former champion, it is a courtesy afforded to a lot of ex-champs….and I think his performance two weeks ago in Abu Dhabi was enough to warrant this…despite the defeat he proved that there’s still plenty left in the tank…

HE: Did he? I must have missed that….because all I saw was Uryu getting beat in the middle of the ring by the new champion…..I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Uryu Ishida’s best days are done…..he needs to move aside….you called this a new era for 6CW and this era belongs to men like Robin Reborn…

“Hold on tight to your dreams” echoes out of the speakers and there is an eruption of pyros before Uryu Ishida walks out amongst the showering residue. The crowd in attendance are applauding and cheering Ishida’s name…

JT: Uryu admitted that he’s been questioning himself a lot since Beachfront Brawl but he believes that he can reverse his fortunes here tonight and win back his title…

HE: It isn’t “his”…..he lost it and he has absolutely no chance of winning it back….

JR: Well the newly formed 6CW Council must believe he is capable of something otherwise they wouldn’t have ordered this…..we have been promised nothing but the very best matchups…

HE: I give them the benefit of the doubt but I think they’re making a mistake….the Lawless twins never would have granted this….

JT: Well what a goddamn shame they’re cashing in for unemployment this week then….if only you were too….

Uryu removes his hooded robe and drapes it across the steel steps. He touches his hand to the plexiglass barrier and some of the fans in the front row do the same before he climbs onto the apron, hopping over the top rope. Uryu does some intense stretching (RVD style) before the lights go down…

JR: And here comes the new United Kingdom Champion….he guaranteed victory at Beachfront Brawl and he made good on that guarantee….

HE: Of course he did, because he’s a megastar….Robin Reborn and the Wolf Gang have turned this industry upside down, exposing the deep-rooted injustices that have gone on for far too long, and they are just getting started….Robin Reborn will be a leading light in this new age….if The Council want all eyes on 6CW then they need to get behind this movement….

“Sandwitches” is booming through the speakers as a wolf howls through the darkness and then spotlights illuminate the stage. There are boos from the gathered audience as Robin Reborn, Ojore & Drake appear through the billowing smoke….

JT: Now why on earth does Robin Reborn need the whole Wolf Gang out here?

HE: He doesn’t “need them”…..they are brothers in arms, they hunt as one…..any success for one is a success for them all because they have all been victims….that is what brought them together and that is what will drive them forward….you can complain all you like Jeff but this collective was created by the rotten core of 6CW politics….you reap what you sew and now justice has arrived….

Robin Reborn steps out in from of his “brothers” and he raises the 6CW UK Championship over his head. He has his eyes fixed upon Uryu as he continues to walk down the ramp…

JR: This has all the makings of a classic…..they’re styles gelled into something quite remarkable at Beachfront Brawl and I’m expecting something similar here this evening….

JT: The 6CW Council wants ratings and this kind of upcoming action is a guarantee for that….if you want elite level professional wrestling then buckle up….

Reborn, reluctantly, hands over the UK Championship to the referee but not before giving him a stern talking to on handling the “merchandise”. The official carefully takes possession of the title and then shows it to Uryu….

HE: It’s like reminding a loser of that one time he had a hot girlfriend but he’ll never have her again….

JT: I’m sure you know that feeling well…

Reborn points at Uryu and starts to diatribe toward him and the audience. Reborn is ranting about how he is changing things “brick by brick” and then tells Uryu he doesn’t belong here anymore, he is part of a culture that tried to hold him back and he must be removed….Reborn stands with his arms open and states the “New world order has arrived” before Uryu delivers a huge roundhouse kick to his jaw…

HE: He can’t do that to the UK Champion…

JT: He can and he just did….Uryu thinks Reborn talks too much and I’m inclined to agree….this is a fight…

Reborn staggers away, holding his face, and when he turns back around he eats a pump through knee that erupts under his chin. Reborn is all at sea and Ishida capitalises with a backstabber…

JR: I don’t believe what we are seeing here….Uryu on the brink of getting his title back…

HE: Uryu is making a habit of these cheap shots….

Reborn is still groggy as he stumbles up in the corner and Uryu quickly collides with two successive turnbuckle dropkicks. He then lashes thunderous kicks into Reborn’s stomach before another lap of the ring into a third dropkick. Uryu then delivers a monkey flip that plants Reborn on his back in the centre of the ring…

JR: You can’t have asked for a brighter start here if you are a Uryu fan…..the challenger is causing havoc right now…

Uryu looks set to climb the ropes when Drake gets up on the apron. Uryu quickly leaps onto the second turnbuckle before jumping across with a side kick (ala RVD) that collides with Drake’s temple and knocks him back down to the floor. Ishida then scales the turnbuckle as the fans hype him up…

JT: This is how you put disappointment behind you….this is how you respond…

HE: THAT’S A CHAMPION!

Reborn manages to recover enough to run up the turnbuckle and nail a huge enzeguiri to the temple (ala Del Rio) that causes Uryu to slump in a seated position on the top rope. The champion climbs back up with a smirk and then delivers a huge top rope hurricanrana….

JT: Uryu being preoccupied with Drake allowed Reborn to get back in here…

HE: And now there’ll be no looking back…

Uryu clutches at his spine as he makes it back to his feet and Reborn then lands the backheel kick to the gut…

JR: That one was borderline, just like at Beachfront Brawl…

JT: Difference is that Reborn can be disqualified here tonight….

Uryu doubles up and Reborn then springs onto the ropes and sunset flips over the top, dragging him into a pinning combo…….

JT: He’s got the tights…

They get back up and Reborn tries to lift Uryu onto his shoulders but the challenger battles off the back and runs the ropes…

JT: Blatant trip there…..once again the Wolf Gang playing their part…

Ojore swipes Uryu’s leg and the challenger quickly turns to confront him which allows Reborn to nail a spinning heel kick to the back of the head. Uryu is slumped across the ropes as Reborn leaps over onto the apron with a legdrop that crushes Ishida’s throat against the middle rope, sending him back toward the middle…

HE: That was impressive….give the man his credit…

JT: I don’t think anyone will try to deny just how good Robin Reborn is…..it is the reason it rubs people up the wrong way when he breaks so many rules….

HE: Well the wolf does not concern himself with the opinions of sheep…..that is why he is a champion and he’s on the brink of his first successful defence….GOD’S POWERFUL WRATH!

JR: HE GOT HIM!

Reborn springboards back in for the “Phenomenal” forearm but Uryu dodges at the last moment and then executes a superkick to the back of Reborn’s neck. Reborn is flat out, face-down, as Uryu scrambles for the cover…

JT: Reborn showing some mettle tonight…..because Uryu is bringing it…

There are groans from the crowd followed by claps and growing confidence as they will the challenger to kick it up another gear. Uryu then points to his own forearm and rolls out onto the apron…

JR: Reborn failed with his own attempt at the flying forearm but Uryu likes his own chances….

JT: Not a chance with these predators at ringside….

Drake provides the distraction as Ojore grabs Uryu’s leg to prevent him from catapulting. Uryu manages to drag his foot free and he slams his heel into Ojore’s face but Reborn is able to recover enough to drive through the middle rope with a kick to Ishida’s stomach. He pulls him into a facelock and lifts him over the ropes for a suplex….

JR: INVERTED DDT….URYU HAS OPENED IT UP HERE!

Ishida floats over Reborn’s shoulder and drags him away from the ropes before planting him with the reverse DDT. Uryu then rolls to the corner and he leaps to the top….

JT: Two time UK Champion incoming in a SPLIT SECOND!

JR: THAT’S THE RIGHT CALL!

Uryu slams down on Reborn with the 450 splash but Ojore and Drake once again provide a distraction to prevent the three count from being completed. The referee has had enough and expels both men from ringside, sparking cheers from the crowd…

HE: He can’t do that….the injustice continues….

JT: Injustice my a55…..Uryu should be the UK Champion here…..that’s the only injustice going on…

Uryu leams against the ropes and although he looks pleased to see Drake and Ojore leaving he is also frustrated. He beckons for Reborn to stand up and then grabs his arm…

JR: Uryu trying for that “Sunset” armbar”….

Reborn uses his free arm to smash Uryu in the face with elbows until he releases and staggers to the corner. Reborn then rushes in for a “helluva” kick but Uryu dodges it….

JT: REALISATION!

Reborn’s leg is caught in the turnbuckle as Uryu lashes a fierce kick into his standing calf to take him off his feet. Uryu then grabs Reborn’s arm and rolls him away from the ropes…

JR: SUNSET APPLIED!

JT: And no Drake or Ojore to save Reborn now….the champion is all alone and his grip is slipping on that championship…

Reborn is yelling in pain as he tries, desperately, to free his arm from Uryu’s clutches. Ishida is yanking back on the appendage as he attempts to get the full extension…

JR: Uryu doesn’t quit have it but he is still causing Reborn serious pain…

JT: That arm will break soon if Reborn doesn’t give in…

HE: He won’t…..there is no way…..it means too much…

Reborn is trying to use his free arm to prise himself free but Uryu’s grip is watertight and he pulls at the champion’s fingers in order to extend his control. Reborn is using his hips and his legs to kick his whole body across the canvass…

JR: Reborn knows exactly how deep this water is…

JT: He’s drowning and his lifejackets are in the backstage area….

After what seems like an age Reborn somehow manages to kick himself far enough across to find his foot under the bottom rope, forcing Uryu to break the hold. The challenger looks a little disappointed as he gets back up but Reborn is still down, cradling his arm…

HE: That is the spirit of a champion…..you should not doubt this man…

JT: Maybe not and Reborn showed even more grit there but that arm is hurting, he can’t even deny it…

JR: Uryu is still in charge of proceedings here…

Uryu tries to pull Reborn up but the champion manages to shove him away. Uryu then prepares for a superkick but Reborn grabs the referee and holds him in front….

JT: That no good….

Uryu hesitates and Reborn shoves the referee toward him. Ishida catches the official as Reborn leans over his shoulder and pokes Uryu in the eye…

JR: Should be a disqualification right there…

HE: GOD’S ANGEL!

Reborn then pulls the referee away and he drills Uryu with the “Wing Clipper”. The champion kneels for a moment but doesn’t seem satisfied…

JT: Reborn not going for a cover….I’m not sure how wise that is given how hard he has been pushed tonight….

HE: This is about sending a message…

Reborn rolls out under the bottom rope onto the apron. He then beckons for Uryu to rise before springboarding back in….

HE: GOD’S POWERFUL WRATH….

JR: Forget about it…

Reborn smashes his forearm into Uryu’s face and leaves him flat but still he doesn’t cover. He drags the limp form of his challenger back up and nails the “God’s Last Gift” for good measure…

JT: As if there was any doubt before…

Michael Bird is in the middle of declaring Reborn victorious when the champion grabs his own mic and cuts the announcer off. Bird looks bemused…

Reborn: Don’t you even think about declaring me the champion of some uncivilised, backward, out of date, Neanderthal enterprise like that….you know shame on 6CW for even still trying to push that (beep)….

JR: Here we go…

HE: You know he’s right…

Reborn grabs the title belt and he holds it up in the air whilst the crowd boo him…

Reborn: You booing because you don’t get it….you ain’t lived it, you don’t know what it’s like to feel or experience the things that I have….that my brothers have….we making a change right here and I don’t give a damn how much noise we gotta make in order to make it happen….you will listen and you will learn because this (beep) has gone on too long…

No longer will I be recognised as the champion of an isle that believes itself beyond reproach…..that title exists no more……what you are looking at in my arms is the Liberty Belt…..because that’s what I fight for….that is what I stand for….this movement is just getting started and it can’t be stopped….don’t even try….stand in the way and you will get run down, believe that…

JT: Spare me the (beep)…..right now in the world we live in there is a lot of necessary change needed….nobody can deny that, I wouldn’t even try….but that does not apply to this company…we can all do better….we can all do more….but I have worked for 6CW for a long time and I categorically deny that that culture exists here…

HE: Then you are blind and ignorant…but don’t worry, Jeff, because the Wolf Gang are going to open your eyes and you will have no choice but to see…..you keep talking about how this is a new era for 6CW, I don’t think you have any idea what that means but you will…

JR: What cannot be denied is that Robin Reborn is still the champion…..whether you want to see him as UK Champion or the Liberty Champion is your choice but that title remains around his waist and it is providing him a platform for his voice to be heard…

HE: Reborn is going to be heard no matter what….this isn’t going away….like he said, this movement is just getting started…

*Christy James tries to grab an interview with the Kramer Klan after the tag team defeat but CK goes off on air about unprofessionalism and insults her for bothering the "King" of 6CW. Christy looks frightened as Uryu appears, battle wounded, and tells them to back off. The Kramer Klan seem amused by Uryu's knight in shining armour act but they retreat all the same. Uryu winces in pain as Christy thanks him and offers her condolences for his defeat. Uryu continues to glare after the Kramer Klan

*Fleur Michaels catches up with Marshall Murdoch and congratulates him on his win at Beachfront Brawl and earlier tonight. She asks if he'll be watching the main event and if he has any preference on who wins. Marshall says they're all top drawer competitors but he is the world champion and he welcomes any challenge. Fleur asks for Marshall's reaction to some people saying he can't win without Clarke James which riles the champ. He says he and CJ came up together but it is about time they started putting respect on his name because he's the one carrying the strap, not CJ. He's the one who burned the Church to the ground, stepped out of Hero's shadow and proved he is the best in the world. Marshall makes it clear he doesn't need anyone to be successful.

*We get a split screen of Marty Helms and Dicey Reilly preparing for the main event. Dicey is staring at his bruised face in the mirror and then turns to show the scars and wounds from Beachfront Brawl. Marty Helms is shadow boxing before we get a brief shot of Dante Phoenix, looking more like his normal self, doing some stretches. The scene fades out to Perfect Jack leaving his locker and coming face to face with Clarke James. PJ is glad to see his old friend but he wants him to know that after he wins tonight and gets his shot at the world title he doesn't want that to come between them. CJ seems confused and gets a little uptight when Jack mentions the issues with Jackson last month. CJ blames it all on Jackson and says there'll be no problems between them so long as Jack doesn't cross the line. Jack tells CJ that maybe he should take a look at where the line is and who it is protecting, then ask why and who is crossing it. Jack leaves CJ looking deep in thought and then Crime Lord attacks. Crime Lord repeatedly smashes CJ's head into the wall until it cracks and then he backs away before running back in with a knee that drives Clarke's head into the wall, leaving him slumped. Crime Lord warns CJ about what is to come

*Robin Reborn re-enters the backstage area when Liam Wood confronts him and challenges him. Suddenly Ojore and Drake appear on either side of Reborn and he tells Wood that he doesn't deserve a shot at the Liberty belt, he isn't worthy and he already had his chance. Wood warns that he'll do what it takes to force Reborn's hand and the champion smirks before wishing him good luck

*Cillian Frost and Charles Kramer meet in the backstage area. Frost thanks Kramer for his assistance at Beachfront Brawl. Kramer waves it off but then enquires as to the set up of the 6CW Council, hinting that he felt he would get the job. Frost tells him he performed a great duty at personal risk to himself and that he owes him a debt, which he intends to repay, but that given Kramer's active interests (Karl Kramer) that he couldn't risk personal and business decisions mixing once again. Frost says the Council are best for business but that he'll be making it known to them that Charles Kramer is an integral reason why 6CW can now grow. And if they ever need a General Manager again he'll be at the front of the queue. Frost leaves Kramer with a dark look on his face. Kramer pulls out a mobile and rings, he tells whoever is on the other end "I have a new plan, listen very carefully"

RJ:Lex setting up for another moonsault it would seem....

MW:GERMAN FROM THE TOP!

Crowd:That was awe-some x5

The whole ring shakes as somehow Jack is up,he sprints across and up the ropes before german suplexing Hart from the top rope.Both men are flat out on the canvass,their chests heaving and crimson leaking profusely from Jack's head.The referee just stands and looks at both men as a huge "6WF" chant breaks out...

RJ:The greatest wrestling show on earth and you better believe we put on the best matches.These are two future main eventers for sure and tonight they are showing exactly what they are made of...nobody gets held back in this company Mike,the cream will rise to the top.

MW:Yes it will,we knew that Perfect Jack and Lex had the ability to go places in this division but I dont think anyone knew just how good they where until tonight...an oustanding display that I will never ever forget.

Both men are trying to get up,Jack is dripping crimson as he clutches at the ropes and tries to stand up.Lex staggers up,holding his ribs and hobbles over and grabs the steel chair again.Jack is unawares as he stumbles around....CRACK!

Crowd:

RJ:The chair rebounded off the ropes....Lex just clattered himself!

Lex misses with the chairshot and the steel rebounds off the top rope and slams into his face,Jack grabs the chair off him and jams it at an angle into the injured ankle of Lex three times and then drops the chair and grabs Hart...

MW:PERFECT PLEX!

The crowd in London pop as Hart is slammed into the mat,the impact is full as Lex lays flat out on his back.Jack blinks away crimson from his eyes and stumbles to his feet,he grabs the steel chair and wraps it around the legs of Lex and then applies a liontamer as Lex screams in pain...

RJ:Talk about improvisations...Lex Hart is being tortured here now by the bllody Perfect Jack...what a war this has been...

MW:But will Lex tap out?...does he have much choice in the matter?

Lex tries desperately to pull himself towards the ropes but his fingers brush them before he is dragged back into the centre and Jack applies again,jamming his knee deep into Hart's back.The ankle is bent at a sickening angle as Lex claws at the ring,he rubs his face and reaches out...

RJ:The ankle is at breaking point...much more of this and this young superstar from Canada is gonna be on the shelf for months...

CRACK!...Lex spins onto his back and as Jack tries to flip him back he kicks the chair off his ankle and it slams into Jack's face.Perfect Jack staggers backwards and Lex throws the chair down and then drags his opponent back towards him...

MW:CANADIAN DESTROYER...ON THE CHAIR!

RJ:Jack is out cold here...he has to be,his head just crunched steel!

Lex flip piledrivers Jack into the chair and then kneels and surveys the damage.He grins slightly as the crowd boo him and then he pulls the chair away and throws it from the ring.He grabs the legs of Jack and easily twists him into a sharpshooter...

MW:The sharpshooter is one of the best submission moves and most effective at the best of times,let alone when your opponent is leaking crimson all over the canvass.

The canvass is stained all across as Jack's eyes are barely open and he screams as he tries to scramble to the ropes.Lex's face is a picture of pure determination as he sits right back and applies maximum pressure...Jack cralws to the ropes and reaches out but his hand misses and Lex drags him back and sits right down...

RJ:Jack cannot even see....the pain has to be unbearable...

His hand slumps to the mat and the referee slides down and immediately grabs his hand,he lifts it up...

it drops!

MW:In some ways I hope this is it...Jack cannot take any more of this!

It drops a second time!

RJ:He can't fight out....the young kid has heart but perhaps too much...

It drops again!

MW:HE's FIGHTING...MY GOD HOW IS HE DOING IT!

Lex seems shocked as he feels Jack push himself up on his knuckles,he screams in pain and determination as he drags himself towards the ropes,his fingers brush the bottom rope but for a third time he is dragged back into the centre,his hand wavers and he looks on the verge of tapping.

RJ:Do it kid,tap out and save yourself.Dont throw away your career for pride...you'll come back from this...

MW:I'm with you RJ...Jack is jeapordising his whole career here...his back,chest and legs must be in so much agony...

RJ:He's fading again...the referee has to stop this...he should have stopped it when the cut happened...the bllod loss is far too serious!

Jack slumps down to the mat again,his face in a puddle of crimson,and the referee checks his arm again.

It drops!

Crowd:Lets go perfect x5

MW:Even if its in a losing effort,there is not one fan in here tonight that has not be converted into the camp of Perfect Jack...unbelievable performance...but he is still fighting...

It drops twice!

RJ:I just know we could be looking at a future Born in Fire main event and I dont want Jack to throw it all away...he has suffered too much here tonight...

Lex is screaming "TAP OUT" as the referee lifts Jack's arm again into the air,he leaves it to hang by itself...

It drops!

RJ:This one is over folks...and we need EMT's out here straight away!

MW:What a match...what a valiant effort from Perfect Jack....and what a performance from Lex Hart....he said he would win tonight and win he has...but at what cost?

RJ:Why is he carrying on...this match is over...someone needs to get this idiot out of here!

Lex shakes his head and screams "I WANT HIM TO TAP OUT! " as the referee tries to drag him off.EMT's rush the ring and they all attempt to pull Lex off before he finally releases.He gets down on his knees and gets in Jack's face and says "Why wouldnt you quit...WHY"

MW:This is sick...someone needs to get Lex away from the ring...he won the match,what else does he want?

RJ:I dont think he feels much like a winner Mike,Lex wanted to humiliate Jack,he wanted to make him submit and he failed...he won the match but he did not acheive his goal...

Main Event
Dante Phoenix vs Dicey Reilly vs Marty Helms vs Perfect Jack

JT: It’s now time for the first main event of the new era of 6CW….it is safe to say that the Council’s first night in charge has been one to remember…

JR: I think this has been one of the most absorbing nights that I can remember in a long time….the entire landscape has shifted after a history-making Beachfront Brawl pay per view and the new powers that be have certainly put their stamp on things…

HE: They’re still rewarding the undeserving, though, with this main event being a case in point….

JT: This main event was actually set up by Cillian Frost, the man who is still the majority shareholder in 6CW, and is a reward to these four men for preserving the future of this company….

HE: That is a matter of opinion…

JT: Well it is the opinion of people who matter…..Dante Phoenix, Dicey Reilly, Marty Helms and Perfect Jack led Team Frost to victory two weeks ago and tonight they will battle one another for the opportunity to face Marshall Murdoch for the 6CW Championship...

“Into the fire” blazes out and there are cheers from the audience as Dante Phoenix walks out onto the stage. Phoenix pushes his hair from his face and raises a hand to the crowd…

JR: This young daredevil took himself to the limit and beyond at Beachfront Brawl….I’m amazed he’s up and about after that death-defying leap from the War Games cage….

HE: I still can’t believe he’s being allowed to compete….there is no way this fruit loop would pass any psychological evaluation….

JT: Dante Phoenix does certainly seem to be struggling with some personal demons at this present moment in time but, the fact remains, he did help lead Team 6CW to victory and he earned his spot tonight…

JR: And some may argue that it was Dante Phoenix that made all this possible….if he hadn’t uncovered the truth behind the Lawless’ scheme then they’d have seized total control….

HE: Don’t remind me….he ruined everything…

Phoenix reaches the ring and he seems to be experiencing a headache but he shakes it off and leaps up inside. He stands on the turnbuckle and poses toward the cameras as “Born to fight” erupts through the speakers…

JT: The Original…..The Dublin Destroyer…..3 time 6CW Champion and Hall of Famer….Dicey Reilly is still one of the absolute best in the business, ten years on from his debut…

HE: But he took a beating inside of War Games that he will never forget….there’s no way he is recovered…

JR: I don’t think any of these four men could be anywhere near 100% but I agree that the damage Dicey sustained was extremely difficult to watch….that is the second time he has gone through the wringer inside War Games….I don’t think he’ll ever want to do it again….

JT: Add in the attack from Marty Helms at the top of the show…

JR: Helms and Dicey have been at one another’s throats since Reilly returned to 6CW….I’m amazed it took this long for the full eruption…

HE: Shame it didn’t happen two weeks ago…

JR: They found themselves on the brink many times but managed to restrain themselves enough to see Team Frost to victory….but they are allied no more and that showed when Helms headbutted Dicey right in the face when we opened tonight’s event…

JT: The question now is whether Dicey and Helms can put personal vendettas aside to win tonight or will their hatred for one another consume them and force them to take their eyes off the ball?

Dicey winces slightly as he bends to step through the ropes. Dante Phoenix leaps down off the ropes to confront him and they glare at one another before Phoenix offers a fist bump…

JR: Still some respect between members of Team Frost…

JT: I don’t think that will ever go away…

“Remedy” then kicks in and Dicey’s mood sours immediately as Marty Helms strides out into focus. Phoenix is staring between the two men as Helms marches toward ringside…

HE: You can feel it boiling over already…

JT: Marty Helms has always been nihilistic, some may argue he is a psychopath, and I will never forget the things he did to Cerberus and Frank Horrigan…..but that is exactly what Team Frost needed to overthrow the tyranny of Team Lawless….6CW owes him a debt and that debt is being paid tonight…

JR: Marty Helms never lost the 6CW Championship in the ring, something he is keen to remind us of, and he would love another opportunity to regain what, he believes, still belongs to him…

JT: Helms versus Murdoch would be total carnage and the 6CW Universe would love it…

HE: I’d rather see Helms as champion than Murdoch, he can’t even win a match without Clarke James’ help…at least Helms gets the job done alone…

JR: But the same question applies to Helms as does to Dicey Reilly….can he separate the personal issues tonight? Because it looks like he and Dicey just want to rip each other to shreds….

JT: Helms has been holding back on his natural tendencies for awhile but his true colours returned earlier tonight…..Dicey Reilly needs to be careful…

JR: Reilly isn’t going to back down from a fight but I know what you mean, Jeff, because Dicey isn’t 100% and Helms goes straight for the jugular….

HE: Helms is still nursing that knee though….targets on the back of every man here…

Helms climbs onto the apron and then orders the referee to back Dicey away so he can climb into the ring. Dicey’s eyes never waver as he glares at Helms, poised to fight…Dante Phoenix is crouching down in his own corner…

JT: And then there was one…

A spectacular purple and silver pyro display goes off before Perfect Jack comes bursting through the curtain. The fans are chanting his name and banging on the plexiglass barrier…

JR: The Perfect One….Perfect Jack has now successfully turned back the challenge of 6WF, Genesis and Team Lawless….he scored the winning decision in War Games by making James McManus submit and the 6CW Universe will never forget that…..the 6CW Original raised his profile to a whole new level of respect…

JT: PJ has been in pretty incredible form since returning to 6CW last year….I’m not saying he’s back at the heights he reached during his world title winning days but I don’t believe he is far off….

JR: Well if he wins tonight then we might just find out how far off he is……Perfect Jack versus Marshall Murdoch could be a wrestling classic….

HE: Oh please….another has-been……too many opportunities afforded to these stars of yesteryear…

JT: Perfect Jack has proven that he’s still top level….he hasn’t been afforded anything…..he has earned every shot….ask Team Lawless if they think he’s a has-been because he was too good for any of them…

Perfect Jack taps his heart and points to the fans before climbing up into the ring. He nods at Dante Phoenix and then slaps hands with Dicey as Marty Helms smirks. The referee gives his final instructions to all competitors…

JR: Fatal four way rules here….no eliminations….first man to score a pinfall or submission will earn the chance to face Marshall Murdoch at Born in Fire for the 6CW Championship….

JT: Chances don’t come much bigger than this…

Each competitor moves out from their respective corner but Dicey and Helms are ahead of the other two and they go nose to nose…

JR: We knew it wouldn’t take long for these two to pick up where they left off an hour or so ago…

There is a little trash talk and then Dicey returns the favour with a headbutt to Helms’ face. He follows up with successive right hands and then looks for an Irish whip but Helms reverses it and sends Reilly across the ring….

JT: Back…..CRAICDOWN!

Helms lowers his head for a backdrop on the return but Dicey grabs his neck and sets up for the piledriver, only for Helms to backdrop him over the top rope. Dicey lands out on his feet and he grabs Helms’ heels before pulling him under the bottom rope….

JR: And here they go….controlling these two is going to be beyond problematic for the referee…

Dicey and Helms trade punches on the outside as PJ and Phoenix focus on one another. Jack nods at Dante and they touch knuckles before circling one another…

JT: Momentarily we are down to Dante Phoenix and Perfect Jack….looks like they’re going to do things a little more traditionally…

Jack and Dante tie up in the centre of the ring and PJ immediately shoots for the back but Dante locks his heel behind Jack’s knee and rolls through, taking him down…

JR: Phoenix showing his own wrestling ability here…..kneebar…

Jack twists over onto his back and kicks out with his free foot until Phoenix releases him. They scramble back up and Jack scoops Dante onto his shoulders…

JT: Poisonrana….Dante Phoenix flying here early on…

Phoenix connects with the inverted hurricanrana, dumping PJ on the back of his neck, and then he beckons him back up and nails a springboard disaster kick…

JR: Phoenix got all of that kick….heading for Born in Fire…

HE: Looks like Phoenix and PJ might just fight it out between them….Helms is too busy busting up Dicey….

Helms slams Dicey’s head off the top of the steel steps and then rams him backward into the ringside barrier, sending pain shooting through Reilly’s injured back. Helms then removes the padding from his elbow…

JT: LIGHTS OUT….WOW!

Dicey ducks at the final second and Helms’ elbow cracks the plexiglass. Helms clutches his arm as Dicey tackles him at the waist and drives them both into the steel steps…

JR: If Helms had connected with that elbow then Dicey’s hopes of headlining Born in Fire would be over…

In the ring, Dante Phoenix pulls Jack up and looks for a vertical suplex but PJ floats over the back….

JT: GERMAN!

Dante grabs at the top rope for salvation but misses and eats the bridged suplex…………….1…………….2…………..kickout. They get back up and Jack grabs Phoenix’ wrist…

JR: PERFECT SLAM!

Phoenix counters in mid-lift by armdragging PJ across the mat. They get back up and Dante dodges a running clothesline before leaping onto the turnbuckle…

JT: SPIRAL CROSSBODY….JACK ROLLED THROUGH!

Phoenix takes Jack down but PJ reverses into a pin of his own…………………1……………………..2…………….kickout. Both men struggle to their feet and Phoenix nails a spinning backfist before running off the ropes and he flies back with a V-trigger knee…

JR: Jack caught him….FIGURE FOUR!

Jack catches Dante’s leg and swipes his other before looking for his patented submission…..

HE: WHAT A BOOT!

Marty Helms is back in the ring and he almost kicks PJ into another dimension with a huge boot. He quickly drags Jack back up…

JT: BACK TO EARTH…..HELMS FROM NOWHERE!

The ring shakes from the sit-down powerbomb and Helms covers………………………1…………………….2…………………..3!

JR: Not on Dicey’s watch!

Dicey stomps on the back of Helms to break the cover and then he grabs his head to drag him up…

JT: CRAIC…

Helms runs Dicey back to the corner and explodes with shoulder thrusts to the gut before lifting him to the top rope. Helms climbs up as well…

JR: Two near enough six-six, three hundred pound men…..this is going to be insane impact…

JT: YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT!

Dante Phoenix leaps onto the ropes behind Helms for a German suplex before Perfect Jack ducks under Phoenix’ legs for a powerbomb that brings the whole playing field crashing back down to the canvass…

HE: That was crazy…

JT: Perfect Jack somehow managed to take out everyone in one fell swoop…

Dicey stumbles to his feet and PJ drags him forward before nailing an overhead belly to belly that sends Reilly over the top rope to the outside. Jack then grabs Dante Phoenix and hits a “Perfect Slam” that lifts and dumps Dante over the top as well…

JR: Jack cleaning house…

JT: And he’s left the man he least likes…

HE: The most dangerous of the lot….foolish on Jack’s behalf…

Marty Helms is groggy as he reaches his feet and then Jack waistlocks him into a hat-trick of German suplexes. Jack raises a hand to the cheering crowd and then points to the top rope…

JR: Jack finding his groove….he can see that Born in Fire main event in his future…

Jack heads for the top rope and then he leaps off, crashing his elbow into the heart of Marty Helms. Helms staggers to a vertical base…

JT: PERFECT PLEX….IT’S OVER!

JT: The Originals….Dicey Reilly and Perfect Jack….so much mutual respect between these two legends….but only one can go to Born in Fire…

JR: The combined history between these two is nothing short of incredible…..they encompass everything this company stands for…

Dicey and PJ smirk at one another as they get to their feet and they both point to the fans. They slap hands and circle before locking up…

JT: Eleven years on and still putting on a show for the 6CW Universe….

HE: Still stealing the limelight from those who deserve it…

Dicey places Jack in a side headlock but Jack slams his elbow into the ribcage of Reilly before backing into the ropes and shoots him across the ring. Reilly returns and drops Jack with a shoulder tackle before sprinting off the opposite side….Jack rolls and forces Dicey to leap over him…

JR: Hip…

Jack gets up and tries to nail a hiptoss but Dicey locks his arm and then drags Jack into a stiff short-armed clothesline. They get back up and Dicey delivers a sharp kick to the gut….

JT: DD-Northern lights!

Jack counters the DDT into a northern lights suplex…………………1…………………………2…………kickout. They scramble back up and Jack ducks into Reilly….

JR: PERFECT SLAM!

Dicey jumps out the back and counters with a snap neckbreaker. He quickly gets to his feet and flips PJ up before running him toward the corner with a turnbuckle powerbomb…

JT: Devastating impact there…..Jack may be out…

JR: HE IS NOW….HANGOVER CURE!

Jack slumps down into a seated position before Dicey explodes into him with the sickening knee to the face. Dicey drags PJ away from the ropes….

JT: Dicey Reilly heading to Born in Fire…

Dante leaps from the top rope with the double knees across Dicey’s back to break the cover. Reilly struggles up and runs toward Phoenix…

JT: COMBUSTION!

Phoenix catches Dicey and drills him with the “downward spiral”. He then rolls out onto the apron and waits for Jack to stand before catapulting back in…

JR: GOLDEN PLUMMAGE DDT…

HE: The psycho is at it again….

The fans are applauding as Phoenix nails the catapult DDT from the apron but as he gets onto one knee he collapses back down and convulses on the canvass. Phoenix holds at his temple as the referee heads over to check on him…

HE: That is not normal….you can’t even make excuses for that….he is a serious accident waiting to happen…

JT: I think Phoenix needs to be checked out….

JR: He is certainly struggling with something going on inside himself…

HE: He’s psychotic…

Dante is back on his knees and he is looking at the referee as though confused by why he’s on the floor. He scrunches his eyes as though trying to force himself to remember…

JT: I think 6CW has a duty of care here….any kind of head trauma or injury….

JR: JUST GOT WORSE!

HE: Forget it…

The referee looks concerned but then has to move aside as Marty Helms sprints in and he punts Phoenix in the skull….

JT: As if Phoenix’ head wasn’t already bad enough…

The official looks conflicted but Helms screams at him to make the cover…

HE: Make the count, ref…..Marty Helms is about to become Marshall Murdoch’s worst nightmare…

Helms nonchalantly has his knee pressed on Phoenix’ chest and he raises his arm in the air at the count of two….

JR: CROSSFACE CHICKENWING!

Dicey grabs him from behind and drags him backward onto the canvass, wrapping his legs around his waist at the same time…

JT: Helms got cocky and now he’s in serious trouble…

JR: He’s beyond that, he is going to sleep…

Helms is desperately trying to pull Dicey’s arms from around his neck whilst thrashing from side to side in order to break his grip. Dicey is locked deep but Helms is able to shift all of his bodyweight over his own head so that he is pinning Dicey to the mat…

HE: That’s exceptional improvisation…………

JT: I don’t know how much Marty Helms knew about that but it came so close to booking him a spot at Born in Fire…

Helms is sucking in deep breaths as he struggles to his feet and Dicey immediately tears after him but is lifted into a flapjack and hotshotted across the top rope. Helms quickly runs off the opposite ropes and returns with a big boot to the mouth…

JR: Dicey Reilly may add a broken jaw to his current list of injuries…

Helms bends at the waist to suck in more air and then he heads for the corner and starts to climb. Dicey is flat on the canvass…

JT: Marty Helms is a monster of a man and if he lands whatever aerial assault he is planning then I think we can draw a line under this one…

JR: Without a doubt….FLYING HEADBUTT!

The crowd are willing Dicey to move out of the way and he grants their wish at the final second by rolling for freedom as Helms thunders into the canvass with devastating impact. Helms is clutching at his face as he staggers up and Dicey crashes into him with a clothesline that takes both up and over to the outside of the ring…

JT: Looks like the fight between these two brawlers is going to continue on the outside once again…

JR: And that’s left Perfect Jack with a moral dilemma…

HE: If Jack wants to prove he’s still a top guy then now is the time to show your killer instinct…no time for sentimentality here…

Dante Phoenix is sat on the canvass and looks in a bad way as the referee kneels next to him. Perfect Jack is standing up and watching…

JT: Phoenix is having enough issues as is but that punt kick from Helms has left him in desperate need of medical attention….

JR: But if Perfect Jack wants that shot at the title then he may need to add to Dante’s misery…

Phoenix is getting up, using the referee as a crutch, and he sees Jack watching him. Phoenix nods that he is ok and beckons for PJ to bring it on…

HE: He’s giving you a free shot….

JT: Dante Phoenix letting Jack know that he needs to take him out to get that title opportunity…

JR: Phoenix still has a trick or two…

Jack smiles and takes a step forward as Dante spins around the back of the referee and nails a leaping enzeguiri to the temple. PJ staggers forward into the turnbuckle and Phoenix drives into him with flying double knees to the back….PJ stumbles out and Dante plants him with a back suplex….

JT: Phoenix may have played a little possum there…..

JR: I still don’t think he’s in a good way but he might be able to hold on long enough to seal an unexpected victory…

HE: Dante Phoenix challenging for the 6CW Championship? Please…

JT: Phoenix was a huge coup when he was signed to this company….I think you’re overlooking him, just like his opponents here…

Dicey Reilly and Marty Helms are shown brawling in the aisleway and then Helms slams a knee into Dicey’s gut before driving his head against one of the plexiglass barriers. Helms grabs Dicey’s head…

JR: He’s gonna powerbomb him on the ramp…

Dicey locks up and then counters with a backdrop that leaves Helms writhing on the steel ramp. Dicey grabs Helms by the head and drags him up to the top of the stage…

JT: CRAICDOWN!

Helms takes his turn to lock now and then he drives backward until Dicey’s back collides with the steel entrance structure…

JR: That back of Dicey took so much punishment during War Games and you can see that some of those old wounds have opened up again…

Dicey is flat on his face and there are bloodstains on his back. Marty Helms then staggers over toward the 6CW announce table…

JT: Cmon now, Marty….you’re supposed to be fighting for the number one contendership…

JR: I feel like we should be getting out of here…

HE: No I think we should say and hopefully Helms will out Jeff through our table…

JR: I think Helms only has eyes for Dicey Reilly right now…

Helms is tearing the coverings off the table and then he gives Jeff Thadeus the middle finger before heading back for Reilly. He pulls the Irishman over toward the table…

JR: Helms has bad intentions in mind here…

Dicey struggles and then succeeds in swiping Helms’ legs out from under him. The back of Helms’ head slams off the stage and then Dicey catapults him toward the entrance structure…

JT: Helms hit that clean….and now Dicey is lining him up…

Helms staggers back and Dicey pulls him into a front facelock…

JR: JACKHAMMER!

Helms floats over the shoulder of Dicey and then he rakes down his injured back, digging his nails into the bleeding wounds. Dicey yells out in pain as he turns and then Helms grabs him by the throat….

JT: DICEY JUST GOT RUINED!

Helms locks both of his hands around Dicey’s neck before lifting him off the floor and slams him through the announce table. The crowd are watching on in disbelief as Reilly slumps in the wreckage and Helms just stands over him…

JR: Marty Helms just finished the job he started at the beginning of this show…..he said he would be the man to finally get rid of Dicey Reilly and he may just make good on that….

Helms continues to stare down at Dicey and then the cameras switch back to ringside. Dante Phoenix is climbing up the ropes for a moonsault when Perfect Jack staggers up and swipes his legs from under him…

JT: OH MY!

Phoenix collapses backward off the top rope and lands hard on the back of his head. The referee immediately rushes over…

JR: That was sickening for Dante….

Jack is raring to get in and finish the job but it is clear to see he is concerned as the referee tries to talk to Phoenix. Phoenix is quivering but then starts to laugh…

HE: This is just not normal…

JT: Very eerie….Dante Phoenix just landed on the back of his head, a fall that I’ve seen end careers, and he’s now laughing about it…

JR: Look at his face….this is crazy…

The referee scurries backward and Perfect Jack’s eyes widen in shock as Dante Phoenix stumbles up from the corner and turns, nothing but the whites of his eyes are visible. He is grinning and giggling…

HE: He’s possessed….

JT: Dante Phoenix needs help here…

JR: It may be Perfect Jack who needs the help…

Phoenix continues to laugh as he tugs at his hair and slaps himself in the face. Jack takes a step forward and reaches out a concerned hand…

JR: FROM THE ASHES!

Phoenix tries to nail PJ, unawares, with the leaping roundhouse kick but Jack somehow ducks out of it at the final second and then grabs Phoenix’ arm…

JT: PERFECT SLAM!

Jack delivers the “Olympic slam” on Phoenix and the impact drives all the wind out of Dante. The cameras get a shot of him and his eyes have returned to normal….

JR: I think that slam just brought Phoenix back to reality….

JT: Well if it didn’t then this will….FIGURE FOUR APPLIED!

PJ quickly grabs the legs of Dante Phoenix and applies his patented submission in the centre of the ring. Dante yells out in pain as he sits up into the hold, his eyes back blue, and then he taps his hands to the mat…

JR: Jack has done it…..Perfect Jack is going to Born in Fire…

JT: The 6CW Championship in his sights….LOOK AT THIS AGAIN!

Dante Phoenix slumps down onto the canvass from the pain caused by the submission but then sits up again and his eyes have once again changed. He is laughing uncontrollably as Jack pulls free of the hold and moves away….

JR: I think it is clear to see for anyone and everyone that Dante Phoenix is going through something very worrying right now…

HE: He needs taking to the loony bin….he’s lost it…

JT: I’m not psycho analyst but Phoenix is suffering from some serious inner turmoil….and the repeated blows to the head he suffered in this match will not have helped…

JR: He’s passed out again…..Jack looks worried….we need medics here…

Phoenix drops backward and is clearly unconscious as the referee throws up an “X”. Perfect Jack is stood over his former ally and looks worried as a gurney is brought out…

JT: Jack hasn’t even begun celebrating here as of yet…he just picked up a huge victory in terms of career progression but he wants to know Phoenix is ok before he does anything…

JR: They built up a bond during their fight against Team Lawless and PJ will not want Phoenix to be suffering like this…

Phoenix is loaded onto the stretch and placed in a neck brace. The crowd gathered are applauding but look concerned as he is wheeled up the ramp. He reaches the top of the stage and Marty Helms stares at the stretcher before Phoenix starts thrashing wildly again…

JT: Even Marty Helms looks tentative…..

JR: Phoenix is a loose cannon right now…..

Phoenix can be heard shouting incoherently and then laughing as he continues to struggle against the restraints on the stretcher. He is removed from view and taken backstage as Marty Helms shakes his head…

JT: We hope Dante Phoenix is going to get the medical attention he needs right now….our well wishes go out to him….

HE: Straight to the funny farm…

JR: Show some compassion, Henry…..he just suffered terrible head trauma…

HE: The trauma was already going on….

Marty Helms takes one last look at Dicey Reilly, who is still out in the wreckage, and then shakes his head before following the stretcher into the backstage area…

JT: Dicey Reilly may need some medical assistance too after a brutal assault from Marty Helms….

JR: I’m sure Dicey will have vengeance on his mind when he comes to but is this a fight too far for the Dublin Destroyer?

HE: Of course it is….Dicey may have been a killer once over but Marty Helms will permanently retire him, if not worse, if he pursues this….

JT: And what about our Born in Fire main event….it’s official….Marshall Murdoch….Perfect Jack….6CW Championship on the line…

JR: Are we about to get a taster…

“I am perfection” is finally playing out and the crowd are applauding Perfect Jack but then “Papercut” replaces it and there is a divide in support as Marshall Murdoch heads out onto the stage, the 6CW Championship over his shoulder. Murdoch makes his way down the ramp and then climbs up inside…

JT: Marshall Murdoch ready to meet his next challenge head on…

JR: This really could be one for the ages…two of the absolute best wrestlers we have ever seen….

HE: And another split in Clarke James’ allegiance….I wonder how he’s feeling right now….if I was Perfect Jack I’d start preparing for that knife in my back the same way Jackson Jackson got it…

Murdoch steps into the centre of the ring and holds the 6CW Championship in the air as Jack heads in to confront him. They go nose to nose and glare at one another before Jack steps back and looks up at the title belt, a nod and then a knowing smile…

JT: These two men will go to war next month, I already can’t wait, but I feel there is plenty to come and plenty to be said between them before we get to Born in Fire…

JR: We’ve seen in the past that they aren’t big fans of one another but I think there is a mutual respect for their abilities…I just wonder how that will manifest itself over the next five or six weeks….

JT: Hopefully into one of the best world championship matches we have ever seen here in 6CW…

JR: This is the start of a new era for 6CW…..the question is; will it be Perfect?

The show goes off air with Perfect Jack and Marshall Murdoch continuing to stare one another down with the 6CW Championship between them.

*Cillian Frost is shown saying goodbye to many of the 6CW employees and crew members following the conclusion of the show and then he heads out into the car park where there is a limo waiting. He pauses at the door and takes a deep breath before climbing inside. There is someone else sat inside and although we don't see their face we do see long silver/platinum hair.

???: You seem agitated, Cillian....

*Frost is shown looking back out of the window at the arena

Frost: I just don't know if this is the right decision...

???: I think it may be a little too late for that....you gave a fantastic speech and I'm pretty sure you had everyone in there convinced but let's be honest, it wasn't really your decision to make.

*Frost's shoulders slump a little

Frost: Perhaps not....but if only I could have done more...

???: It is because of you that 6CW will now thrive....this is the dawning of a very new and exciting era....they'll remember you Cillian, perhaps you'll even get a statue or a hall of fame ring...

*The mysterious voice is almost scathing and mocking

Frost: And you promise you'll do what is right for the company? For the employees?

???: We'll do what is right for us, Cillian......I don't really believe that is your concern or that you are in much of a position to make demands of any kind.....just rest assured that under our control 6CW is going somewhere it has never been before....

*Frost looks deeply troubled as the mystery man places a laptop on the table in front of them

Frost: What are we looking at?

???: Another member of The Council would like a word with you....

*The first mystery man opens up the screen and we cannot see the picture on it but the colour drains from Cillian Frost's face

Second voice: Good evening, Cillian....

Frost: No, not you....I didn't agree to this...

*Frost turns to the man in the limo with him and you can see the pleading desperation in his eyes

Frost: You can't....please not him....he'll ruin it all...
