Electric vehicles
Anyone here own or run one? I've got a BMW i3S which I've had for 18 months so just wondering how many others have electric cars.
My main point of this though is charging costs, especially rapid chargers. The price had gone through the roof. Most motorway ultra rapids are 75p/kwh, although the medium power(50KWh) ones are 65p but I charged up other day at the EV hub in Carmarthenshire and it was 79p/kwh. This is definitely more than petrol now.
Bleeding rip off, we're encouraged to "go green" but hardly an incentive with pricing. The price of fuel has come down now and as and when Ukraine war over it will fall again so I'm considering whether my next car be EV or not.
Anyone else?

Re: Electric vehicles
Prices for charging are still very low here in Vancouver. We have our own hydro-electric company here so my electricity bill at home is only around $60 every two months.
