The young Ospreys scrum half has revealed he has taken time away from the game to focus on his mental health. Following the death of his grandparents, & his own injury struggles, he tried to take his own life. I'm sure everyone on the board here will wish him well & hope he gets back to the game when he is ready.

Very brave of him to highlight this yesterday. It was a hard read, to see the tweet he wrote, but hopefully it helps others who are struggling to speak out.
