Come on you Falcons
Rumours Tom Collins is coming to Irish next season - perhaps he can throw a couple of intercepts for Falcons

Saints have won and lost against every other team in the league so far this season, they beat Falcons earlier in the season...

Re: Premiership Rugby Round 23
Well theres massive things going on at KP...so there'll be alot of mixed emotions.
Club stalwarts retiring (Tait and Welch), a large squad turnover and probably most coaches last game.
Onward to better things? Who knows...we shall see this time next year...we've been here before.

Re: Premiership Rugby Round 23
I can't believe this is Saints last match of the season. Have to watch because this is likely Lawes and Ribbans last games with the club (unless Saints get really lucky and make the playoffs).

Should make it fun Saints needing a TBP win for the playoff race. Might open up the game even more than a game with Saints in it normally opens up.

Here's to another weekend free of controversy, in a sport that never has any talking points, and where everyone - fans, players, referees and pundits - has a full and complete understanding of a concise rulebook which makes total sense.

Just remembering when Malins was getting the slight space in England colours. Cutting back in and not beating the first man.

Hoping the rumours about Collins are true ... although not sure he grounded that before toe in touch as looked like he was still held at that point ....

That was lost forward into the Falcons player and then regathered off the defenders arm - officials got that one wrong ...

Barnes keeps missing the penalty restarts that Northampton should be getting for players diving off their feet trying to stop these tries.

Hoping for the 4th quarter collapse but probably won't happen this week .... also Ludlam's pass to Collins looked forwards in the half-time highlights, sounded like Mr B refused to check it despite Falcons asking

Unfortunately yes. Inept, no pride, no defence...
Let's hope Codling and the new coaching team have some clue how to coach a team. We actually have some decent and good players

I think next season is going to look very different to this one. Enough teams are losing quality players so it's hard to tell how things will play out. The only thing we know for certain is that it will be different and harder to predct.

Re: Premiership Rugby Round 23
So one week to go and no playoff places are left to be decided. Unfortunately, Saracens look like a prohibitive favourite. Sale and Leicester have the goods to contend. Saints make up the numbers. Perhaps not exactly how we all might have seen the final four at the beginning of the season but after another marathon season it seems to me we have the top two teams in the top two spots. Hope to see an upset or two, three would be great, in the playoffs - and yes I am biased.
