Has anyone had TNT Sports on Sky enabled for a Sky Mini box and if so what did you have to do please? Unfortunately since we moved the main box is downstairs in the media room but the living room is upstairs so I'm using a mini-box for the TV in the lounge as I haven't finished building the media room out yet.

I have TNT Sports as a subscription from BT on Sky but can't watch it on the Sky mini box as it seems you need some sort of multi-room option from BT. This is different to if you have TNT Sports paid via a SKY subscription in which case having Sky multi-room covers this.

I've looked on the BT website and the only option I can find is to add HD, not a 2nd box.

I have got a workaround as I can run the Discovery+ app on my TV and watch it via that but I'd prefer to use the Sky platform ideally to record and watch as the satellite signal is a bit better than streaming using broadband - especially for things like fast-forwarding/rewind etc.

You can rewatch games on the Discovery+ app, I've done that before. It's not as good for the rewind and fast forward as a Sky Box but I've been using the app on my TVs to watch sport for a couple of years and it works well enough.

Sorry can't help with the Sky box I got rid of that a while back as we weren't watching it a great deal.

Thanks Sam - I'm watching live on Discovery+ on the TV now and apart from a little bit of buffering at the start and some resolution shifts and audio/video syncing issues it seems to have settled down now and has been mostly OK ... broadband here is not great by today's standards but it's just about coping.
