Japan vs Uruguay (Chambéry Savoie Stadium in France)
Japan 18-13 Uruguay at half-time
Uruguay went 0-7 up, and kept the lead until Japan's second try on the half hour. Japan then got a clever lineout third try just before half-time to make it 18-10, and Uruguay just closed the gap with a penalty to close the half.

(if you can find a way to watch this game, it's quite fast and frenetic)

Uruguay have just retaken the lead, with a try while Japan still have a man in the sin-bin.

Japan back to full strength, and they work a try from a lineout maul, spinning it out to an unmarked giant on the wing. The fourth try also goes unconverted, so the score is

67 minutes and Japan just took a red card. This is actually an interesting match. Also nice to see a stadium with a lot of people for Japan-Uruguay in France....

That's a shame. Warner Dearns is a smashing rugby player but he just tackled head-to-head, and was shown red on the 66th minute.
From the resulting penalty, Uruguay drove a lineout maul, and looked like they scored a try under near the posts. The TMO immediately called obstruction from the lineout, so their potential go-ahead score has been chalked off.
It's Japan 26-20 Uruguay as we get near 68 minutes.

Japan stretched it to a two-score gap at 29-20, so Uruguay have it all to do with less than six minutes left.

Discipline has been the killer for Uruguay since the red card against Japan.
The try got chalked off, then Japan scored three points, and another penalty gave Japan the chance to eat up time.
Japan missed the penalty, and Uruguay got position through their own penalty but with only three minutes on the clock. Uruguay then messed up the attack, and Japan broke almost from their own line to score a try. They finally converted one, too.

Urugay tried a clever lineout move but knocked it on. Japan cleared a scrum to end the game.
