Another Q&A secured! Please read!
After the fantastic Q&A that we managed to secure from Victor Ubogu, (https://www.606v2.com/t7530-qa-with-victor-ubogu) I have managed to secure another exclusive Q&A with.........
Ian Gough of Ospreys and Wales fame.
This is a fantastic opportunity for all of you to ask the Ospreys man any questions you like.
Please post below your questions - lets make this the best Q&A yet!

Are you a believer in having a second row pairing with diverse skill sets?

Do you think some of Ospreys "stars" leaving and younger hungrier players coming in will help the team next year?

If you were a biscuit, what type of biscuit would you be and why? I got asked this at a job interview once and didn't know what to say!
In all seriousness: "Having played professional rugby in Wales both pre- and post-regionalisation, has regionalisation worked for Wales?"

What is your opinion of Wales not running an 'A' side?
Should the u20s be used in the meantime as the side that ties a player to Wales for life?

Do you think the move to regions in Welsh Rugby could have been handled better? What do the regions need to do to appeal to fans of all club backgrounds?

You're a trained pilot Ian, did you do that so that on retirement you could buy a plane to ferry your team mates around from game to game?

As a representative of the professional game, how do you and your collogues view persistent and deliberate non-violent cheating (such as off-side, squint scrum feeds etc.) in the game?
Is it OK - just so long as you get away with it and you all take it like 'all's fair in love and war' kind of way?
What consideration is given of fans' views in professional rugby?

Re: Another Q&A secured! Please read!
You're still a bit of a legend down Rodney Parade (that massive picture of you is still up in the clubhouse) and you've obviously settled in well down Swansea way. Although you are very much an Osprey now and probably enjoy beating the Dragons, do you still keep in touch with many Dragons players and given that we need a second row with a bit of grunt, are they pestering you to come back East?

How are the coaching duties split ?
We see -
Andrew Hore - Elite Performance Directo'
Scott Johnson - Director of Coaching
Sean Holley - Head Coach
Jonathan Humphreys - Forwards Coach
However, to most of us on the 'outside' these seem to be just labels. Who does what ? There doesn't even seem to be a designated 'Back Coach' - http://www.ospreysrugby.com/rugby/staff/index.php

Scott Mitchell (who you played with at Newport) has hung his boots up after finishing at Risca RFC. Do you think he was a little unlucky not to have made the step up to Regional rugby?

(I can't remember the exact game, but it was in the Grand Slam season).
In 2008 when it was noted how much weight you'd lost after a Welsh game, is that the tiredest and most spent you've ever been at the end of a match?

Do you think we should have one and is our lack of one damaging the development of players?

If he answered that, I'd be amazed. There's more chance of having Hughie's first question answered.

Cymro, I'm the lucky person compiling the questions list (Hobo's off on hols tomorrow), and I was going to have a section at the bottom called "questions members asked that we really don't expect you to be able to answer".

Who taught you to tackle?
Where does Henry rank in the list of people who have coached you?
What has frustrated you most about your career?
Do you know you are one of my favourite players?
Are you the last of the hard b'stard mould?
Could you have been a professional in another sport?
Are you coaching material?
What two things would you change about modern day rugby?
Should number 8's pull their finger out at the scrum?
What is Garin Jenkins like as a team mate?
Do you have any regrets in coming to the Ospreys and would you consider a return to Gwent rugby?

Hi all, just by way of an update, Ian Gough has come back with his answers to all your questions. I've had a quick glance through and he's had a good crack at them. I'll be tidying up them up (he asked me to spellcheck etc) and hopefully put them on here around lunchtime tomorrow.
