Martin Thomas
Good News for Dragons fans, Martin Thomas will be fit for the start of the new season I hope he can stay injury free, this gives us good options at full back with Steffan Jones and Jamie Smith

Re: Martin Thomas
Great player and so sad to see such an unfortunate string of serious injuries so close to each other.
Let's hope he recovers form as well as he did at Christmas and impresses us all again.

Re: Martin Thomas
I like Martyn Thomas. I think he could be an alternative to Lee Bryne but the problem is getting him to stay fit as he is very injury prone. Full Back is a problem position in Wales but it seems the Dregs have got 2 talented Full Backs in Martyn Thomas and Steffan Jones.

Great news. Here's hoping he's able to stay fit now. Our backline is much stronger with him in.

Great news for the Dragons and, more importantly, for Martyn himself.

Re: Martin Thomas
I remember watching him play for the Scarlets in a pre-season friendly against Gloucester, pity he's never fulfilled his potential up till now because of injuries.

Gald to hear he is back again. Fingers corssed for him and the Dragons.
What an attacking backline;
Thomas, Brew, Smith, Tuilangi (if he has signed, if not Hughes), Harris, Tovey, W Evans

Let's hope he's eased back in.
When he picked up the 2nd injury I did wonder if it was curtains for him. But this i's great news as I think he's ahead of schedule. He was turning into a real fans favourite. When all fit, we have a real pacer back-line. Fingers crossed he's back for good now.

Re: Martin Thomas
Great News for the player and the region, I pray that he remains injury free more for his sake than the Dragon's - I think he's had his fair share of bad luck. He seems to have a real impact on the whole back line when he plays - good positional awareness probably from when he used to play as fly half, and is always going to have a go on the counter as opposed to kicking the ball a la Byrne

Re: Martin Thomas
A fantastic player for us. When he came back this season he was looking really good, scoring a few tries like he'd never been away. I think a back three of him, Brew and Hughes, with Harries as utility cover on the bench is quite a potent attack. Not household names or world class players by any means, but all score plenty of tries so then they're all playing at the same time then we have plenty of scoring options.

Re: Martin Thomas
Plenty of scoring options and plenty of competition form a young squad - was looking the other day - there are a lot of 0players there that are younger than 25 - here's hoping that attendances will be up there as well this coming season. Pending on how many players are with the RWC squad we could have a good start to the season and bag some early points. Anyone aware of when Harries will be back from innjury as well??
