Jason Robinson ends illustrious Career.
This one seems to have slipped through the cracks. Was reported yesterday. Great player for England over the years. Dual Code international. Seems like a top bloke aswell. Helped Fylde to gain promotion to N1 last season.

"Former England World Cup winner Jason Robinson has announced his retirement from rugby after one season with National League One club Fylde."
"The Leeds-born 36-year-old has also stepped down from his coaching and club ambassador roles at the Woodlands."

I suppose a lot of people forgot he was still playing. Anyone see how he got on at Flyde?
Fantastic player in both codes. In RL he was one of the top wingers in the world and one of the few british players who the australians feared and respected. His speed of the mark was incredible.
In Union he was a true world class player and a key player in Englands rise to the top from 2001-3 and a stand out player for the Lions in 2001. He's also been a great ambassador for English rugby and is universally respected.
Like he said in his statement he has ticked nearly all the boxes in his career and will be remembered as one of the best players of his generation and an all time great player in both codes.

An all time great who was one of the very best of his time in both codes, something not many players manage. Good luck to him for whatever he does next.
