At least one of Cook and Trott should be in the test side, prior shouldnt be in the side.

gregers look at the batsman though in odi side they all been in great form as well so someone had to miss out unforutnately.

Id have Yuvraj over Simmons personally, offers something with the ball as well.

i would have laxman instead of ab de villiers in the test team.
laxman has played better than abdv on tough tracks and under pressure.

as far as odis are concerned i dont think vettori is a no 7.i would pick mathews who is a very good allrounder in ODI Cricket.
i would also give the gloves to abdv and pick someone like mike hussey or eoin morgan instead of mccullum at 6.

I would have Yuvraj over Simmons as Yuvraj's a much more explosive batter and imo is a better bowler than Simmons.

i no but i have hitters in morgan and matthews, simmons has had a good time of it at the moment and i have done it on current form

Personal taste I guess then mate, for me Yuvraj is a true allrounder at times

if it is on current form then how does barath get in ahead of cook?

If it's on current form, how has *anyone* gotten in ahead of Cook? He's averaging 49, after averaging 43 EIGHT test matches ago. In the last eleven innings, he's scored 1156 runs. I'm not sure ANYONE's batting better than he is at the moment.

Cook's the best batsman in the world on current form.
