Harness racing isn't popular in the UK, I have no idea why this is, as in North America and other European countries it's at least as popular, if not more popular, than flat horseracing.

There is harness racing in parts of Wales....and there are various harness racing societies in the UK but it's very much a minority racing sport in Britain.

Sad to say, it's even less popular than thoroughbred racing is in the US.
