Orange is a fantastic shirt colour.
First topic message reminder :
Holland know it.
Why doesn't any other country use it as their change/away strip?

Orange is not a good colour as at half time they would be eaten by the players.

I suspect the England black kit will have flashes of red (similar to the Nike Toulouse Kit) but that hasn't stopped some (not all) NZ fans spitting their dummies out.
It's not like England will call themselves the all blacks, unlike the all blacks who copied the name from the Welsh all blacks.
Not entirely true - there are two theories:
(i) the first NZ touring team to these Isles back in 19oatcake played a brand of rugby such that one journalist described the team as being 'all backs', which was incorrectly type-set back in Fleet Street to 'all blacks' and the name stuck; or,
(ii) on that same tour, the first game was in Exeter against Devon, probably the strongest county team at the time, who traditionally wore a black strip (the origin of the Chiefs strip today) - having thumped Devon unexpectedly, the NZ team adopted their colours
:apparently:

It's about time someone introduced polka dots to their jersey.

Shouldn't the 'NZ All Blacks' wear a shirt that represents Samoa, Fiji and Tonga too?????

McCaw should be made to wear long-orange-sleeves, at least that way the refs could see who's hands are really on the ball at the bottom of a ruck.

On the grounds that so many New Zealanders play for those countries?

Which would have been useful today when Stu Dickinson kept penalising him for absolutely no conceivable reason.

Yep, he missed a lot today. For all that is wrong with the IRB, they got it right when Stu missed out on the RWC.

Bound to happen sooner or later, he's been bucking the "Law of Averages" for years, making a mockery of it infact.
