- It might be worth noting that besides the fact that he IS the best SH of any world cup, it's a good idea to pick Joost at 9 since he's terribly ill, and the judges will likely have this in mind and wish to honor him.
- Also, I think it's a good idea to pick players that have actually won the WC.
- Don't forget, it's best players based on WC performances, not best players of all time.
