Im just going through Jeremy Guscott's players to watch for the World Cup on the BBC Website.
He believes Ben Youngs could be the player of the tournament if he re captures some form.

£3m per prediction again mate?
Lads, I have been more realistic in my scorelines in this instance, rather then going for smaller winning margins like in ERL. Don't take it personally, just using more realistic scores hopefully. If anyone thinks i'm way out of line, i'm more then happy to reconsider it. cheers

Time for bed, hopefully I will get up tomorrow for the opening game of the World Cup. Tonga pack weight and big hits, but can only see New Zealand winning it of course, shocked to see Jane and Whitelock on the bench though.
Still need tweaks in my team, before my first game so hopefully people will answer in due course.

Re: Rugby World Cup 2011™ Homepage
I agree, Dagg played a blinder seemed really up for the game and two well taken tries. Kaino aswell did what needed to be done, and was far more affective than McCaw and Vito.
Sonny Bill Williams offloading is just a joy to watch, like him or not he lifts the atmosphere. Cracking player, will be very interesting to see if Henry sticks with him when Conrad Smith comes back.

Yes mate, definitely.
I've just been watching the ITV highlights of the NZ Tonga game and had to turn off halfway through. The commentary is dire, truly awful. It ruins it.
Tomorrow I'll have the sound on mute and be listening to http://www.arcrugby.co.nz/

Just watching some World Cup games, two 8's who seem to be on the rise are Toby Falatau and Raphael Lakafia, both seem to be impressive products for their respective country's.
Who do you think has the most promise though, Falatau or Lakafia?

I'm sure we've done this before but who do people rate as their top 5 12's? Thinking about it I see Nonu as way out on his own.
SBW isn't the finished article yet
Giteau off form
Jauzion off form
Barnes coming back from injury

Re: Rugby World Cup 2011™ Homepage
JDV has been really poor for years, he just doesn't pass and looks for contact too often.
Nonu has been best about for last 6 months. Hook is effective 10/12/13, Mermoz has all the talent but really injury prone.
I'd throw JOC in at 12 too but needs Int games. Think McAlister is very underated at 12 too and if he played for any other country would be regular.
Huge Jauzion fan but he's not the same player as previous years, more on defence than attack, turns slower than milk.

Mapasua isn't close for my money. Similar to Charlie Hodgson, great in the AP but not world class
probably go 1. Nonu 2. SBW 3. Barnes 4. Jauzion 5. JDV
Its a rough times for 12's. Nonu and SBW the top 2 simply as they are the only one's of the best playing well and playing regularly

Agree about Maps, great defence though.
Roberts?!? I'm not a fan but I'd have him above Jauzion and def JDV.
