Mo at half marathon
One of the first indicators that Mo was really stepping up a level was his New York half marathon in 60:23 in March this year, knocking over 30 seconds off the previous UK best time, and being only the 2nd man to post a top 50 UK all-time result in the last 10 years (Thomas Abyu being the other when he ran 62:50 in 2007). I heard Mo being interviewed recently and he said that he was thinking about doing the Great North Run this year. If he does, how fast do we think he can go? Can he break 60 minutes on that course? Can he get near the course record of 59:05 set by Zersenay Tadese in 2005?

I daren't say too much at the moment about Mo's future prospects - just don't want to give him the hoo doo

Re: Mo at half marathon
Good question Soreshins. I think Mo can go 59:30 and will one day run a cracking marathon in the 2:04 region, but I give it 3-4 years yet until he does.
He´s on form at the minute and lets hope that continues into the worlds and on to the Olympics next year
