Sorry - final hassle I promise. 5 minutes of your time and I reckon we will have a deal before the second half kicks off again!

Argh! You sold Horwill?! Umm possibly do Bakkies for Whitelock on top? Just need to wait on NZ as well due to an interest!

Re: Australia - RWC 2011
All of Sevat, Mas, BDP, Hari and Parisse are top 3 int he world....and then there's Marconnet. Not sure why you think i'd take that sort of hit without a big gain elsewhere?

Re: Australia - RWC 2011
Guess it depends what 'dire form' means.
Marconnet wasn't included in the French squad, you're playing Giteau.....
Like I said earlier, i'm not one for taking a marginal gain for a massive loss.
Mas is the best TH in the world.
Very little between the hookers - I prefer Servat as better scrummager.
Parisse marginal on Hari, but certainly not worth me taking a hit on for.

Re: Australia - RWC 2011
The basis of the deal is Mas >> Marconnet, which is a massive hit to my first team.
Therefore I would need << gain in my favour, also in first team.

My back row is rated highly atm. Can't see the Aussie combo adding so would need some gains

Elsom + Beale + Higginbotham + Simmons
for
Croft + Foden + Easter + Palmer
You said you wanted to keep Sonny Bill Williams yet you sold him, Foden is up there with the best full-backs in the World.
You have to lose good players, you of all people know that by now.

Croft + Haskell
=
Higginbotham + Elsom
That's poor, wouldn't start Higginbotham.
There has to be better, you just don't want to lose players but you lost Sonny

Re: Australia - RWC 2011
Yes.
But still you wouldn't do.
Bismark for Hartley
Domingo for Steenkamp
Matfield or Botha for Lawes
Pocock for Ouedraego
Parisse for Easter
List goes on, only bits you will do are boring equals, or losses to me.

Re: Australia - RWC 2011
Well if your saying that im not going to be able to deal with Australia and New Zealand.
Only reason I wouldn't do.
Elsom + Mitchell
for
Croft + Ashton
Is because there is hardly anything between them, wouldn't improve me and it wouldn't improve you.
Surely can see where im coming from Pull?

Yeah, best team I have seen, Rocky will be back on form soon enough, but would argue Higginbotham is a better option anyways

Croft + Ashton + Thompson

Fainga'a + Elsom + Mitchell
Hardly any comparisons between them.
Hope you read my message, like it or not I just want people to comment on this game I have said nice words about it but then again I can't help thinking that it will just fizzle out.
Im sorry Pull, I was really looking forward to being apart of the ERL again, I even made plans of what team to choose and players, sad I know but I honestly did.
I am looking for a 7 and 12 on this game.
Also I just felt it was right to see who is commited to this game or not, by posting on the homepage, im not trying to argue im just trying to help because I think it's in the best interests that you deserve answers and people's commitment.

Re: Australia - RWC 2011
From the things I said it may of came out a bit wrong, but you need commited people, I just don't think that many people are commited to this unlike the Aviva and ERL game.
They both have been going on for some time, as I know and you know people enjoy them but making a game like this, with a little active foreign market and all the best players taken already I just don't think it gets that much interest.
People are reluctant to sell players like Carter, McCaw, O'Connor because they are class players, while on the ERL you go out and buy them along with many other World Class players.
Fluxy and you deserve praise for trying to keep this afloat, I will do my best to swiggle along and try to make deals, but you know my thoughts im just sorry that they are negative thoughts.

No because there is hardly any comparisons between them, Ashton and Croft are the main two in that deal, but I just can't see Elsom and Mitchell being any better than my duo.
Something for Pocock, O'Connor or Beale or nothing Pull.

I am everyone would love Pocock, O'Connor or Beale it's not like that I don't have the players to tempt them away.

Pocock > Croft
JOC > Ashton
Beale > Foden
I agree, but I only want one of the three. Then you get a gain elsewhere?

That's the limit though, what players.
Can't help it that my side is weaker than yours.

Fainga'a hasn't been getting great reviews...need someone who's more attack orientated to run off SBW than him sorry....hence why I'm thinking Toeava playing there or maybe put Steyn in at 13.

Re: Australia - RWC 2011
Franks? Distance behind Mas just now. Potential to be up there though.
BdP cant get in the SA team. Top player but Servat all day.
Ive got hook now for versatility. Fourie and smith out on their own. Personal preference is Fourie.
Ask in the homepage, everyone loves those debates.
