Total utter guess PJ. It was Princess Anne that made me think of it. Can you fill us in on what Patton and Flynn did in it?

An edumicated guess then twist.
Patton was a pentathlete pre first world war and Flynn boxed for Aus in the twenties I think.
Is it anything to do with football?

Yeah you are right PJ. They have all starred in football related movies. I wanted to make it a bit harder and have Sly and Jason and someone else as those 2 starred as goalkeepers in Escape to Victory and Mean Machine. Could not think of a third though.

An feic. Well Cook and Darwin did anyway.
Endeavour and Beagle are almost definitely space crafts/probes...
Hmmm, I'll think on.
Something to do with an area named after them? Straights?

Re: Quiz Questions
A quick check shows that there are actually real or fictitious spaceships named Endeavour (shuttle) Beagle (1950 novel) and Victory (Sid Meir computer game).
That's far more impressive than my answer Mickado.

I’ll give it to you, his name is Dimitri Mendeleev (sp?).
Pure genius, when he invented the table there was only 60 or 70 known elements so rather than fudge the numbers he left gaps all over it and predicted the elements that would be discovered. They were pretty much all spot on.
